Dr. Brunson didn’t listen to my concerns and stated I was trying to make something wrong myself when it’s clear I have unexplained tachycardia issues. He was extremely rude and unprofessional an exerted no empathy whatsoever. He refused to fully explain the results of my monitor or provide a way forward for a treatment plan or followup.

Dr Brunson is professional, well educated, excellent technically; explains options and procedures well. Empathetic. He takes time to answer questions and listens. Nursing staff are caring, with good communication coordination between patient and MD.

Excellent physician, explained the condition and procedure in advance, described surgical activities, showed care in answering patient questions, provided great follow-up post procedure.

I have been treated by a board-certified electrophysiologist for several years but since he was in California, I wanted to establish a relationship with the newly installed area electrophysiologist. Even though he had all my records he apparently did not review them prior to my visit. He was rude and abrupt and declared that the heart event that I had wasn't caused by my heart arrhythmia. Now I find that he is not even board-certified in electrophysiology.
