Always a great visit. Customer service is always excellent.
Dr. Ploot was very kind, compassionate, and understanding of my foot concerns. I needed surgery but he did offer all other possible options for proper care. On the surgery date, he was excellent and performed a perfect surgical procedure. I wasn’t allowed to put weight on my foot for two months following. The follow up appointments worked around my ability to travel from Libby. I was afraid that I would not be able to walk correctly when it was time but to my surprise the surgery result was excellent. Now, we can address the other issues. I will be having a second surgery with him on my other foot too. Don’t hesitate in reaching out to Dr. Ploot and his staff if you have issues with your foot or ankle. He is able to take x-rays in his office and is able to look at your images online in case you had some done somewhere else. The staff is kind and professional and I will definitely continue my care at Glacier Foot and Ankle in Kalispell, Montana.
I went in because I had an infected ingrown toenail removed from another office, urgent care. I wanted it chemically burned so as not to come back. I expressed my concerns of pain. I didn’t appreciated Dr Ploot comparing his sons broken arm to MY pain. EVERYONE is different. I recently was warned off chronic pain meds (a month) and was told by the ER, last night, that because of that my pain was probably amplified. Doctors are terrified any more to write a script for pain meds, which is sad!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
