Impersonal, rude, and unprofessional. After our hour drive to our scheduled appointment, we were 10 minutes early. Yet dr. csaplar said "You were late, and I have other patients I need to get to." And did not perform services our newborn son NEEDED.

This doctor can't even read the chart right and doesn't care at all about patient wellbeing.

Dr. Csaplar is amazing. I currently run a doctor's office in California and my loved is in Kalispell. My girlfriend is very sick and Dr. Scaplar is coordinating among the other specialists to isolate her medical issue. This Doc is thorough and most importantly she cares about her patients, unlike other clinics we have been too. Thank you Dr. Csaplar for all your help!

Very sad how far down this place has gone, they are willing to put your health at risk because they are not comfortable with what you PRIMARY DOCTOR DOES!!! Even when it’s life or death

Trys to make medical decisions that are dangerous for the patient (I.e. life’s or death decisions) without primary doctors approval.

I choose her for my daughter's doctor and was very disappointed on her 4 month check up. She spoke to me like I was stupid and it seemed like she didn't want to be doing what she was doing. She examined my daughter minimally and when I asked her questions about her not sleeping well and starting solids she shot down my methods of parenting and treated me like I was a horrible mom instead of giving me useful advice. Being a single mom is hard enough I want my doctor to be informative, non-condescending and helpful. I have changed providers now and will be going to Big Sky Family Medicine after talking to a few moms in the Kalispell area.
