Had a very unpleasant experience with this physician in the ER. Her approach was strictly based on financial concerns regarding Medicare billing. She overruled another physician both in terms of holding the 88 yr old patient awa a diagnosed UTI. She will talk to you and treat you like crap,she does not care about your health,period.She will act like you have done something wrong to be in the hospital regardless of medical facts,she simply does not care.She will call your primary doctor a liar,and deny your condition as if it does not exist.She will make pointless referrals that have no factual medical basis.This hospital needs to get rid of her before her arrogant "superior" attitude causes someone further medical problems or causes their death"

Professional, experienced, courteous, knowledgable. Dr Mirch was able to address several complex issues during my recent experience; she provided appropriate referrals and was able to explain my condition and treatments in easy to understand terms. She clearly cares and has a wealth of experience.
