Roger Diegel's Online Review Report Card

I just met him for the very first time. He was very kind, humble, informative, thorough, and he took the time to listen and hear me. He even took time to explain why he is testing, how the body works and why. As a previous patient of the late Dr. Patrick Burns, we even discussed how important sleep is and how it relates to his practice. As soon as he said that he learned something from him I was impressed with Dr. Deigal. I think the reviews that I read were very very misleading. He is on his game and knows his stuff. I guess what I am saying is it was easy to trust him knowing he worked well with Dr. Burns and the fact that he probably would have sent me to Dr. Deigal. It’s a win win for me!

I saw him twice and never went back. Didn’t help me at all. Terrible bedside manner. Went to Western Montana Clinic in Missoula. Definitely the best decision I made . Wouldn’t have given any stars but couldn’t submit without selecting one .

Diagnosed and treated GCA at KRH in 2017 (?) Very grateful patient. Good follow up. Will hopefully see him summer 2021.

Was in pain for years and other doctors couldn't figure it out. Dr. Diegel and his team provided a diagnosis and relief. I couldn't be happier. Friendly people with knowledge and skill. They've been an answer to prayer!!!

First appointment was a telehealth (that was a fiasco that took three tries over two days). Dr. Diegel took my history, asked some questions, ordered blood work, said he wasn't familiar with a medication that I take so he would research it, and the possibility of it causing my symptoms, and get back to me. That was two months ago and I have not heard back from him on the research nor the test results. Oh, of coarse, he didn't forget to bill the insurance company! Exactly what was the point of wasting my time???

Dr. Diegel is an amazing rheumatologist who is not only compassionate but truly cutting edge! He takes the time to actively listen and is willing search for the best treatment options available! I appreciate his expertise and the time he takes to get to know you as a patient!

Not happy with my visit at all! After giving him my history he quickly went through some questions maybe trying to rule out arthritis and lupus. Mentioned I could have blood work but never ordered it! Went off on possibly switching a different medication I am on not related to my visit. Saw my hands looked slightly flexible and jumped on a diagnoses for hypermobility syndrome. Had me hold up my arm ‘oh yah you’re double jointed’ which I’m not!!!! Also said maybe I have sleep apnea so be good to get a sleep test. This dr is seriously pulling straws! Wrote down on a paper: hypermobility syndrome, do yoga, wear knee brace, take extra vitamin d. And that I don’t need to come back. Always wanting to trust my “doctor” I went home and started searching up my new “syndrome” ...quickly found it did not pertain to me! Felt like a completely wasted appt. Called back for more blood work which he did order and then took a few weeks to get back to me on results. The office said you can’t switch providers in the practice. I will be going out of town to find a new dr.

I have been seeing Doctor Diegel for about 3 years now. When I first saw him I could barely walk and was terrified about what was happening to me. He was calm, cool and collective as he explained what was going on inside my body and drew me many diagrams which I still have today. It has been a rough road and my battle is still going today. I see him quite a bit and when I go in he makes me feel like an old friend. I would be lost if not for his intelligence and compassion. His assistants Jamie and Betty are awesome as well. Jamie has helped out in so many ways and truly cares about her people she assists. Always above and beyond the call of duty for these Angels. Im glad they are in my corner for the biggest fight Ive ever had. I give them 5 stars or more. Smitty

Misdiagnosed me. Didn’t call back for weeks with results. Went off talking too much and didn’t let me express other concerns. Office also won’t let me switch providers. Pretty sure that’s how dr diegel keeps patients! Worst service experience I have had!
