Ruben Hipolito's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hipolito did not keep me waiting. His communication skills were beyond excellent. He took his time with me and made sure to get as much information from me as possible to make my treatment plan as successful as possible. I would recommend him without hesitation.

If I could leave a review with a lower star than one I would. This man is a walking ego. He takes no time to explain your medical results. In some cases he comes across as rude and uncaring. Set a pills I think a horse doctor could do a better job as my physician than Dr. hippopotamus.

Dr. Hipolito left me waiting about 20 minutes in the exam room, when he came in he said he had been looking at my chart, he was very abrupt, told me that for well patient visits, he would only chat with me, no examination, if I had a problem I needed to let the office know ahead of time because I was on medicare. I didn't feel cared for in the least and feel that because I am 69, he didn't feel me worth his time. When I had an assistant call me, I asked if I could speak to him. It has been over two weeks and he hasn't called me about my blood work questions.

do not recommend this man, I'm not sure why he is in the health CARE profession as he doesn't care.

After the way I was treated,the over the top fake 5 star reviews(strangely both dated for the same day)do not surprise me in the least and him trying to fake being a completely different person doesn't either.That's what narcissists do,that's how they operate.He is a brand new doctor that has an obvious little man syndrome.Someone should really keep a close eye on him because I don't understand how he even passed medical school.He is far from caring,knowledgeable or professional.He has zero bedside manner,he talked down to me,tried to diagnose me with some off the wall thing that I have proof I don't have(the doctors at northwest family medicine have a bad habit misdiagnosing people so he fits right in),suggested a completely wrong medication I don't need for what I was there for/have,did not appreciate me trying to be apart of my own care and arrogantly puffed up at the fact that I know my own body.Steer clear of this wannabe "doctor" if you desire quality treatment and care.

This man is amazing. The most compassionate dr I have seen he takes his time and listens and don't make you feel less than a person. I was so impressed that he follows rest of family.

He was very caring, knowledgable and professional. He was very thorough and sent my prescriptions immediate to the pharmacy. I am very pleased to have Dr. Hipolito as my physician.
