This hospital has gone downhill unbelievably. Part of this is from people coming from out of state to work at the hospital, they are not Montanans so they bring their bad attitudes with them from where they came from..warning.. The quality of Doctors is extremely poor and they lack medical discernment in the worst way possible. (Not all of the doctors are poor, just most of them) They fixed the inside of the hospital by reconstructing it but unfortunately they filled it with, a lot of no good want to be physicians. Sadly.

I went in with fever and cough to urgent care. Waited a couple of hours to be put into an exam room. I was just calling my office when the PA came into the room. He very rudely asked me if he needed to come back as I hurriedly ended my call within seconds of him entering to room. The nurse was very rude also when testing for covid. I was diagnosed with the flu but never got a call

The doctors and nurses are Great, the billing not so much. They had my insurance information and billed correctly for months, all of a sudden, I'm receiving bills. They did an update and lost my information; one would think they'd call.

Was an appointment for my spouse.

My dad had a double bypass surgery it went fantastic the icu staff did everything they could to facilitate his needs to get well and discharged then they moved him to a standard room on the second floor where he has not been given the opportunity to keep his goals in sight they have forgotten and just plainly not given him the attention his situation needs I’m not sure if it is bad nursing or short staffing either way this hospital is not upholding their oath to patient care and it is disturbing to me the way it is being so happily done to the people that depend on medical services

They took great care of me. Overall great experience for what was done.

If all at possible, do not try and receive care from anyone associated with Logan Health. The care might be okay, but the billing department is impossible. After 5 phone calls and LONG hours trying to resolve the problem, Logan Health is still sending statements and bills to an address where I have not lived for 10 years. They also billed an insurance company that I haven't been associated with for 7 years - this was after showing them my current insurance card several times. A few months ago, my dad checked in for his procedure and the nurse asked him about his recent heart attack (he's never had a heart attack) and they asked him about the knee replacement on his right knee (his left knee was replaced). They had the wrong chart for him and couldn't seem to figure out how to fix it. He canceled his procedure that day. Proceed with caution. Or drive to Missoula to get care.

My son (8 months old) was seen by Logan Health GI clinic. I had a pleasant appointment, but terrible experiences after our appointment. The treatment that the doctor recommended made my son extremely worse. I called them (~8 times over the course of a month) to get our lab results and direction on what I should do instead; I even offered to make a new appointment but was told it was unnecessary. Every time I called, I was told "someone will call you back." The last time I called, I asked to speak to someone about the fact that nobody will call me back and was told a manager would give me a call. It has been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive a call. I ended up taking my son elsewhere for treatment after it became clear that they don't actually care about their patients.

Billing? LOL
