My daughter has been going to Dr. Remington since she was 12 and diagnosed with JRA. He has always been very kind to her and spoke to her rather than to me, like so many doctors do. She is now in college and schedules her appointments for school breaks so she can continue to see Dr. Remington.

I would have given a zero if it was a choice. I have lost most of my vision in one eye after cataract surgery. Too many things were done wrong for me to report here. Also, his records didn't accurately reflect my post op concerns. After surgery, according to specialists in Seattle, my case should have been handled differently.

Every member of the staff that I had interaction with was extremely polite, caring, concerned professional and helpful. There is not one suggestion I can thing of to improve patient service. They are awesome and amazing. Dr. Remington was caring and kind. He diagnosed my problem and offered treatment to resolve condition He performed laser treatment and indicated I would need follow up visit to make sure everything is resolved,. His technician explained any potential complications and made sure I had a clear understanding. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a general exam or anyone with an eye problem.

The actual cataract surgery only took about five minutes the prep time took about an hour. Everybody was very nice and professional. Great Job!!!
