Dr. Holbrook is Awesome, but his staff not so much. I met Dr. Holbrook in the ER. He was such a nice man and seems like a great Doctor. I was suppose to make a follow up appointment with him after getting discharged form the ER. I had the hardest time making an appointment. I called three times in the Am, finally someone answered. When I called, the receptionist was all over the place. I asked to make an appointment to see Dr.Holbrook, her response was "Oh I can't make any appointments right now, I'm too busy. I'll have to call you back in 15 mins". I said "OK". She called back about 4 hours later to schedule an appointment. One month later, the day before my appointment, the receptionists calls me to confirm my appointment, she said it was at 1:15pm. Then I assured her that there's no way my appointment was a 1:15pm because I don't get off work until 2pm and I had originally scheduled the appointment at 2:45pm, because they stop taking appointments at 3PM. She assured me this was not a mistake. I said, "Yes, I think it's a mistake because I remember calling to make the appointment with the receptionist and her being all over the place and I specially said I get off work at 2pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and work late on Wednesdays and Fridays." The receptionist said, "Oh well I don't know what happened, but this is what I have you down for," So apparently she didn't have any openings at all for months and with her bad attitude she never scheduled me in. So that was that. Never got to see Dr. Holbrook. Maybe Dr. Holbrook should hire a new staff, one that is professional and organized, not people who are incapable of answering phones and making appointments is challenging.

Incredible doctor. My wife was lifeflighted here and had to spend 7 weeks on bed rest waiting for twin babies to arrive. We had many appointments inpatient and outpatient with Dr. Holbrook and couldn’t have asked for a more calm, friendly and dedicated doctor. We are so glad he was on call to deliver our babies. One baby was breech and he did an amazing job delivering her. The follow up care was equally as amazing. We consider Dr. Holbrook a true family friend and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially those considered high-risk.
