Colin Sherrill Md's Online Review Report Card

I from the beginning was disappointed in DR Sherill and his bedside manner. I think he is rude, and brash and did not listen to my questions. He also does not like criticism. On my last visit, I was scheduled to get a steroid shot. He closed the door and told me I was lying about a review and wanted it changed and he did not want to give me the steroid shot. If he says this is not true. Have him pay for a polygraph which i will gladly take. We talked about it and he agreed to give me the shot and see him in a few months. I scheduled an appointment for next week and he canceled it. I called about it and I made a complaint to the office of Sami spencer CEO of Missoula bone and joint. Also, one time I came for an appointment and the staff member behind me scared me while I was getting sanitizer. She yelled at me and then said it was a joke. Really? how unprofessional. I had a head injury last April of 2021 and she really startled me.

This has been one of the most miserable experience of my life with an orthopedic doctor. This guy has no communication skills. I know I have a masters degree in that area and have won many awards. This doctor does not answer questions. He is right I am wrong before I even ask the questions. I had the cortisone shots and they did nothingness I'm 1005 sure my meniscus is torn but he would not do ...

This is the fourth surgery I have had at Missoula Bone And Joint and I have I had great experience all four times and I would recommend this facility to any person looking for surgery in the future and I will continue to have surgeries here Thank you Tonia

I had a total knee replacement by Dr. Sherrill and he was FANTASTIC! Dr. Sherrill’s staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The surgery center was just as amazing. Everything was explained, questions answered!! The follow-ups have been just as positive! I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sherrill… I thank you AND my knee thank you Dr. Sherrill!!!

I had knee replacement surgery 10 months ago. I have repeatedly expressed my concern that something is wrong. All I got from Dr Sherrill was it will be ok, you are fine, your just struggling with the pain, keep working it. I finally got a 2nd opinion and my knee cap is crooked for no better term and have to have the surgery all over again if they can't realign my knee cap. They won't know until they go in to FIX it. I have been in constant pain for 10 months and getting worse by the day. I now have to wait 2 more months to get my repair surgery which will put me at almost year since my first surgery. Dr Sherrill did not LISTEN to me or take heed for what I was saying for the last 6 months. I will now miss work or get replaced if my FMLA runs out, have to pay for another knee replacement surgery along with physical therapy. This has been the most miserable experience of my life and wish I never had the surgery to begin with along with the fact that it is possibly ruining me financially.

Dr Colin Sherri in my opinion has one if not the best knee medical staffs around. From the receptionist to the check out and all areas in between they are top notch and well past a 10 rating. Top professionals doing a top notch job. Thankyou to all especially the night nurses who took such good care of me and all those that I only met briefly before surgery you are TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS. He's a nice guy but I got no where with him for my right knee hurting. We did the MRIs - the cordizone shots and he finally scoped it after 2 1/2 years. Scoping made it worse and when I went back - he wanted to do another shot. I went over to Northern Rockies Orthopaedics, Dr. Whiting, He took an x-ray and recommended a knee replacement. Now 3 weeks into the replacement - no more pain.

Dr Sherrill replaced both my knees. I can't tell you how he and his staff, the surgery center and everyone involved improved my mobility and quite frankly, my life. I will be forever grateful. Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Sherrill and his assistant, Christina!!! From my very first appoint to my last, they were nothing but caring, professional and went above and beyond to get things done. I was seeing them for knee pain, which did result in a total knee replacement. Dr. Sherrill answered all of our questions and made us totally comfortable with the surgery. When back at home, Christina answered all of our phone calls with courtesy and care. I am sure there are many great providers at this facility, but as far as I am concerned, I had the A team!!!!

Dear MBJ, Just wanted to let you know my experience so far with MBJ has been excellent. Dr. Sherrill and his staff have been great to work with during my knee injury. Having confidence going into surgery is a big deal to me and I had that. Now I look forward to working with them on my rehabilitation to a healthy future. Thanks also to Maxine, Marissa and Deb.
