David Hayes Md's Online Review Report Card

Went to Dr Hayes about 15 years ago for a rhinoplasty. Explained exactly what I had in mind indetail. Had been planning about this for years. He nodded and agreed with everything, giving every indication that we were on the same page. I PAID IN FULL and the procedure was arranged, along with subsequent appointments for some kind of injections to prevent scar tissue from forming. When I drove the 8 hour round trip to Missoula, for my first round of injections, Dr Hayes seemed very angry and refused to administer them. He turned me awayand I had to drive allthe way bacl home. When healing was complete, my nose looked very much the same as before plus there were scars from sloppy suturing the left and right sides looked completely different and NONE of the details we had carefully discussed were addressed. It looks worse than before the surgery. I was and continue to be horribly disappointed. I feel sick when I look in the mirror. I had and have never felt so cheated and lied to in my life. Also, the financial aspect was a great sacrifice but I borrowed the money to give myself this gift that I wanted all my life.every payment on the loan was a struggle plus a painful reminder of how I had been cheated. And the clincher was that my nostrils collapsed and I lost the ability to breathe through my nose. This surgeon is nothing but a foolish incompetent hack. He should not be allowed to practice, to say the least. I only hope he gets everything he deserves in life. Hopefully, what goes around comes around.

Dr. Hayes is fantastic! He fixed what someone else made worse and I haven’t breathed this well in years! Great staff all the way around! Amazing experience!

I have had other dysport in Phoenix over the years and know exactly what the doctors have used on my face. Dr. Hayes insisted that there was a higher amount used on the forehead. I have never used more than 28 units on my whole face. Dr. Hayes used 55 on the same area. Well now my right eyebrow and eye lid sags. A smaller amount would not have moved so far south on my forehead. Now only did I pay twice the amount I would have paid in Phoenix, but now I’m messed up til it wears off. DON’T GO HERE, THEY ONLY WANT TO UP SELL YOU.

Dr Hayes and the staff at MCFPS are all wonderful. Matty, Misty and Molly are all so efficient, nice and friendly! Dr. Hayes is an excellent surgeon! I had a facelift and upper blepharoasty. I couldn't be more happy with my results. I look so natural and years younger. Healing was a breeze and I attribute a lot of that to Dr. Hayes fine surgeon skills -because I had NO BURSING, (which totally blew me away!) I am so thankful I chose Dr. Hayes and his staff. -You guys rock!
