Son was treated at Community ER for a cut finger by Dr. Cubby Pierre back in June. Have given these people my updated insurance information 4 times, day of services, via a phone call in July, September and today online. They say insurance denied, yet not a single EOB has been processed meaning there is no contractual discount for the exorbitant charges for these services given I have insurance and not a single penny has been applied to our deductible. IT'S UNBELIEVABLE and SHAMEFUL.

We received good care from the physician we saw in the ED, but the BILLING NIGHTMARE trumps all of that. We NEVER received a bill and were told our address was "blocked" when we called the billing service used by this group. Blocked?! What does that even mean? We live in a neighborhood with mailboxes and routinely receive mail via USPS as well as other shipping services. So, now we are dealing with the collections process for a bill we would have happily paid immediately, had we received it. FYI, it's 2021 so if you supposedly can't reach me via mail, feel free to call, email, text, or look me up on any number of social media platforms :/ Morale of this story: next time we go to St. Pats.

4 Reviews all 1 star and here’s another one, we all can’t be wrong! My wife just had a collections account added to her credit because of these scam artists with MD’s. This bill was paid, we have the records and they still sent us to collections with no notice. We are in the process of buying a house, I’m sure this Doctor’s office is going to be elated once I file a lawsuit for actual damages. Get it fixed ASAP or you get to deal with the consequences.

Just got a bill for collections for these people. Crazy thing is I haven't seen a doctor in over 3 years. Seems really fishy
