This doctor had poor bedside manner he was very arrogant and just straight rude, I went in to find out why my arm was hurting for 7 months just to be told my pain was not were it is and that it must be just a muscle strain. I think I know where my arm is hurting and that it feels like someone is taking a very hot spoon and digging my muscles out but hay he is the md.

I was a patient of Dr. Tai's but it seems his office does not care much about their patient's health. The lack of response and arrogance from his nurse in relaying his message was more than rude. Imagine telling someone to go to a walk in clinic during a pandemic for something as simple as allergy problems during the worst wildfire smoke air quality problems of the year so far. He also struggled to help me find proper facilities for mental health care as a primary care provider. I found better help online by a long shot, I will never recommend community or Dr. Tai to anyone.

I'm unable to give a zero so I rated Dr. Tai a 1 star. I am completely taken back regarding his attitude & concern for his patients. His arrogance is off the charts. I went to Dr Tai to only be belittled for not seeing him for the last 10 years and to have my concerns to be completely ignored. I paid his office visit in full for receiving zero care to only be hospitalized 4 days later and having a blood transfusion resulting in receiving 4 units of blood. I wonder how many patients he has written off who have died or been seriously ill that had to go to the ER to be taken seriously??? SHAME ON YOU Dr. Frederick Tai!

Dr Tai provides direct and understanding care. Spends more time with patients than normally expected from other providers. Have recommended him and now my wife and a friend are also appreciative patients.

He is very smart and Terrific! I have a series of problems and he is on top of each of them! If he doesn't know something, he gets help! I am very lucky to have him as my internist!

Dr. Tai was my provider for years. I was referred to him following a serious medical condition based on his expertise and experience. Both of those qualities he has without a doubt, but what he lacks is compassion and active listening skills. Hard to get a word in edge wise, and the client is clearly not the expert on their own body. Quite dismissive and most of our time was spent re-reviewing my medical history each every visit. I had enough finally and decided to seek new care elsewhere. :/

It's amazing is that this doctor is still employed in this town and is very successful purging reviews cuz I guarantee you that he somehow gets them removed. I have left in bad reviews that I think people should see because he is the most rude doctor I've ever met. If it comes to keeping medications that other doctors have prescribed and he doesn't like them he will accuse you of all kinds of things along with criticizing a doctor that I highly respected. I moved from another town and and made an appointment with this doctor as he was taking patients what a waste of time . Stay away from this guy he won't listen and talks over the top of you this is not a doctor I would recommend at all. And as you can see he's got all kinds of character issues and generally has not patients well. Beware because when you leave this guy's office you will be extremely upset and angry.
