List of Jeffrey Demare Md's Reviews
I have been going to Dr. Blue for years and I cannot recommend anyone more. He is smart and confident.I have been to many other doctors and this doctor is a great find.
Dr DeMare stayed after hours to make sure my sin was going to receive the care he needed.
Really good Doctor, I have been to him several times. Unfortunately the Norcal office where Dr. Blue is poorly staffed, and perhaps under staffed. A few of them aren't very pleasant, but worse of all, is the voicemails that go unanswered and online portal emails that don't get a response (have never had a response to any email I sent through the system, why have the system?). Also, several times when calling it just rings and rings. Sometimes after many many rings it goes to voicemail, but you aren't likely to get a call back. For these reasons I had to change Doctors, which is a pity.
I've had too many doctors to count in the past. Each one telling me how or what I should do. Dr. Blue is one of the few doctors that listens to your problem/issues and acts to deliver on them. He stays current with the latest research and is always improving his knowledge for his patients. He has been my primary care doctor for over 3 years now and couldn't be happier. I truly believe he cares about his patients!
Since I moved to California almost four years ago Mr Blue has been my doctor. I grew up in a hospital with a lot of medical issues I was always at the hospital and when I tell you that I've been to doctors in about ten different countries. He is a world star doctor!!!!!!! He isn't a pill pusher, he knows his patients, he listens and he's amazing. I don't ever want to see another doctor, ever, .
Very Good doctor, I highly recommend as primary care physician. From my childhood, I remember doctors examine patience by touch the problematic area, but here in USA I didn't see one like that till I visited doc Blue.
Dr. Blue was amazing. Examined the injury, scheduled the imaging, and I had my results within a few days. Dr. Blue was friendly and professional, went over the results of my xrays and MRI and explained in detail what his diagnosis was. He also was a cool guy.
Be ready to get looted by front desk lies. They tell you something and cashier charges you something else without your consent. They can stoop to any low level to charge your insurance card with un-necessary claims
I'M GLAD I WENT BACK!! I've been to two appointments. The first was at Dr. Blues' Campbell location. Every staff person in the front office was rude and unresponsive. BUT, I digress, Dr. Blue's office was not part of this front office group (at least not logistically). His office was through a separate door. The staff in his office were warm, amiable and professional (and they had a sense of humor. Remember that?). Yes, I'm qualified to judge. I found Dr. Blue to be sooo cool (competent, professional).Because I believe in redemption, (actually I was hoping that the Santa Clara office was going to be O.K.), I went to the Santa Clara office. I live in Santa Clara and that's the office I wanted to go to in the first place. What a difference! Everyone that I talked with was exceptional. Any fear that I had (white coat syndrome) dissipated at the moment that I walked in (ok, drove in as I'm temporarily in a wheelchair!). I also noticed that both Jeffrey Blue and Jill are oustanding dressers (I'm a designer, so I notice that stuff). The exam rooms are spotless, comfortable and they provide wi-fi. I can clearly see that Dr. Jeffrey Blue, and his assistant,Jill, put patient care above everything else. Dr. Jeffrey Blue also saved the life of an associate of mine (and this was a pretty hard thing to diagnose- a lot of other physicians might have overlooked it). It's so reassuring to finally find such a great doctor, assistant, and administration team. I was starting to think that the entire medical system was broken! AHHHH!
I put this review back in here as I wanted to share my experience with this office. All the staff of this office that I saw were pretty rude. I first went to this office for my sports injury a couple months ago and the nurse who took my vital was super rude. She yawned when I was explaining what happened, and she put 'I don't understand her' on my chart. The NP showed up after that said 'It says "I don't understand her"' with a chuckle. I felt so offended by both of them as I felt like I got disrespected because of being a foreigner and of my English. I was so upset and put pretty negative reviews on both Yelp and on their survey. A couple months later I forgot about it and called them for an appt for a different matter, and they refused to take my appt saying 'we are no longer seeing you as a patient'. I asked them why and they said they were not sure but I think it's because of my review on Yelp as I didn't have any issues with them other than the Yelp review and their survey (- I paid the fee right away with my HSA). Plus, Yelp emailed me pretty much right after I posted my first review and said they'd delete my review because I posted the same review on Jeffrey Blue page and PTR Sports Medicine page, which doesn't make sense and was a bit unusual, so I have a feeling 'someone' reported to Yelp and asked them to delete it (FYI i used a bit offensive language on the review, so that could have given the 'someone' a valid reason to ask Yelp to delete it). It's fine that they refused to take my appt because now I remember how I was upset with them and I swore I would never go back to this office ever again. If you guys want to be treated like I was, go ahead and be my guest, but I do not recommend this office, NEVER.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
