Dr. Jennifer Hall has provided wonderful care to our children for many years. She cared for our son who was a very medically complex child with great compassion, respect and confidence. She always listened to our concerns and never dismissed a parents intuition. We were blessed to have her as such an integral part of his care team for so many years!

My girls love coming to see Dr. Hall, and her nurse, Marilyn. Dr. Hall is incredibly knowledegable, kind and patient. Great care and also great service. I especially love the same day availability, and the fact that there is a lab right in the office if we need to have testing done. For new moms, the lactation specialist is awesome as well. Highly recommend Dr. Hall and her team.

I rate the quality of care of the general office front desk workers' as rude and inconsiderate and prejudice. I did not meet Jennifer Hall on the first visit, the nurses were going to have me wait a whole entire hour to see a lactation specialist, I did not feel cared for in general at the office and they were all quite rude and made me feel unwelcome. I immediately realized this at my hour wait to see a lactation nurse and walked out to change providers during the appointment. Go to Jennifer Wilkinson on the 3rd floor of Orange St Providence.

Dr. Hall had her nurses perform a painful and traumatizing procedure on my child without fully getting our informed consent and with zero explanation to my child. We also learned later from the nurse at our new pediatrician's office that there were painless alternatives to this procedure. We learned that numbing agent could have been used and was not, or even mentioned as an option. The whole experience felt rushed and unethical. My husband, myself, and my child are truly traumatized. We feel completely betrayed and misled. We trusted her with the care and best interest of our child and were failed miserably. I definitely would not use this doctor.

My son was ill and Dr. Hall she examined him and she said he just had a virus and sent us home. The next day his ear drum ruptured. I took my daughter to her for a serious issue and she blew me off. No follow up care and no concern for what could be a very serious issue. I would NEVER recommend going to her.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer when we sold out home. I appreciate everything that she did for us! My son has seen Dr. Gottman for about 6 1/2 years now and between the kid's various visits (annual checkups, adhd assessment and treatment, and MRSA infection are among the various reasons for visits) I've gotten an impression that Dr. Gottman is extremely knowledgeable and cares for his patients. I've never had him talk down to me as other doctors have, and he has made a very notable effort to address the concerns from me and my husband about recommended treatments. I have already recommended him to family and friends on numerous occasions.
