I didn't benefit much from my sessions with Jennifer. The first one was hard. I was very emotional and felt good to get it all out. I gave her most of my immediate family info including their names and what city the live in ( my adult kids). The second session she didn't remember any of that or take note of it because she asked me about it, and that really bugged me. I never went back.

My family benefitted from sessions with Jennifer a few years ago and I highly recommend her services.I will be contacting her soon as I go into a different chapter in my life and feel I could benefit from meeting with a professional like Jennifer.

Dr Shepherd is so concerned for her patients, she really knows her stuff. Dr Shepherd is a very caring MD and just a really great person. She is calm and listens to your concerns, she is very intelligent and very kind.
