I've had a bad year when it comes to hand injuries. I significantly injured my right hand on 2 separate occasions. For both injuries I made an appointment to see Dr. Buckley. I found the appointment easy to make and the turn around time to get in was just a matter of a couple of days. I found the entire staff that I dealt with, friendly and attentive to me and my needs. For both injuries Dr. Buckley took the time to explain in detail, my injuries and all options for treatment. Dr. Buckley could've easily steered me toward surgery, yet he didn't . He instead felt that other forms of treatment would have just as successful outcomes. Dr. Buckley was correct on both injuries. They both healed completely, without surgery. I would definitely use Northern Rockies Orthopaedics if needed in the future and would highly recommend them.
Worst customer Service I Have Ever seen. The VA sent my referral in to them over a month ago, yet they have not contacted me. I have called at least 8 times and left messages for them to call me, but that never do. I am very disappointed in this second rate , non caring clinic.
Horrible customer service. My wife came in for her appointment and then very aggressively was told that they were not accepting new clients until 2023. Demanded that she be aware they had called her to tell her --which they failed to. Mostly likely they were so aggressive and bullying about it with her because they actually failed to call and leave a message. That or they are just rude, condescending jerks. Either way the whole experience made my wife feel horrible and like she had done something wrong. My advice; Skip on the horrible culture and treatment, go somewhere else where you are actually valued as a client.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible office staff, treatment, and follow up. Simply unacceptable.
Their customer service in scheduling is not very good. They do not listen or care about the patient and even thought my issue was funny. Then was less than truthful as well.
Dr. Jacobson is FANTASTIC!! I will never see anyone else for my orthopedic needs. Great bedside manor, very understanding, knows his stuff and honest with your current condition. He has fixed 3 failed surgery's. I refer all of my friends and family.
Dr. Jacobson and his staff were very attentive to my condition and spent the necessary time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend him.
Excellent. Dr. Jacobson performed shoulder surgery by inserting a plate to hold the broken pieces together. All went as expected. He is very patient and answers every question in an easy to understand way. We are very thankful for his help. Jim G.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 5 &1/2 weeks to get a first appointment for knee injury, multiple extremely long hold times on phone calls (some as long as 40 minutes), on the day of the appointment kept me waiting 50 minutes after the scheduled time (actually left the office before I saw the PA Michela Westhoff as I was left in a treatment room and no body ever came in). Front office and nurses had extremely bad attitudes and simply didn't seem like they cared at all. What a waste of time. In contrast, made an appointment at Bridger Orthopedics in Bozeman, got in after 3 days, appointment was on time, people where very friendly and scheduled an MRI within a week. Worth the drive to Bozeman. Northern Rockies Orthopaedics = waste of time with NO resolution to my medical issue. Go elsewhere and save your time and get better service.
I am very disappointed to see that Yelp filtered the positive reviews. It doesn't appear that Yelp is inclusive. We'll see what happens to my review.I was nursing a should injury for a few months until it became obvious that I would have to go to an orthopedist. I made an appointment to see Dr Stayner. Yes, you do have to go through a menu. The appointment was made for a couple of weeks away. I was seen by the PA and had to have a MRI. Then I saw Dr Stayner. He laid out the problem , showed me the MRI and recommended surgery. Rehab of a rotator cuff is long, but unlike many others who have had should repairs , I have full range of motion and strength. I strongly recommend him. I have also seen Dr Whiting and Dr Telleria. They have been courteous and professional. I did not have to pay upfront.Suggest you decline Pacific Medical's ice machine.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
