I visited the ER last night with my normally healthy and active parent, who was having an urgent medical crisis. Dr Knowles was leaning on his fist and yawning while gathering information and essentially told my parent that the issues (BP of 200) were a product of just worry and there was basically nothing that he could do. My parent was in tears, and when I spoke up to ask questions, he was angry and left the room. The nurse, Michelle was no better. She should be in a lab with rats, not humans. I've had great experiences the few times I've visited the ER with family over the years. This experience was appalling.
