Dr. Westerfelder was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and caring. He explained things thoroughly and in a way that was easy to comprehend. And the staff was also great. Keep up the good work because you have a great team!

My appointment was at the end of the day. A test was performed and the MD (physician) appeared eager to leave. He did not ask if I had questions or concerns. I felt rushed and it was a terrible experience with no bed side manner nor patient concern. In high contrast the med assistants have been awesome. I was a bother to Dr. Westenfelder and he did not discuss options. It was just do this and get out. I would not recommend this physician.
