Kendra Lee's Online Review Report Card

After my doctor of many years left I was set up with Dr. Lee. After waiting an hour for my appointment ( which I’m fine to do knowing she will take her time with me like her other patients) I was seen by Dr. Lee. She was not friendly and made me feel like an inconvenience. I had scheduled for my annual exam however something must have gotten mixed up. And when I told her I wanted to be seen for that she was rude saying that’s not what I was scheduled for. She then stated “ I guess it won’t take that much longer if you really think you need it”. I had printed out a recent ER note when I was seen to discuss with her and she asked why I wanted her to look at it. She was only nice to me when she found out I was an RN. I am truly hoping she was just having a bad day but I have never felt so uncomfortable I almost walked out. I will sadly not be back.

My doctor of 20+ years retired and before he left he set me up with Dr. Lee. I was dreading having a new doctor and how it would go. First appointment with her I just kinda unloaded on her and she should of charged me double, one for the doctor appointment and another for the shrink appointment 😂 She actually LISTENED and I never felt hurried, even though I felt bad after eating up a ton of her time. Not because she made me feel that way though. She’s super smart and you won’t BS her, (I know this not because I tried to, but because I know) but then again why do people lie to their doctor anyway?? I want to get my entire family in with her, but she’s full and she deserves better 🤣 *UPDATE years later....If I could give her a million stars I sure would! I could never imagine having a doctor I can actually get a hold of!! One that follows through and comes up with real solutions! I’ve never had such wonderful care and I just can not say enough good things. I have the upmost respect.

Dr. Lee has helped me more than she even knows. By treating me like a real person and really actually listening to me. She doesn’t just brush over the problem but actually troubleshoots with you to come to a helpful solution. I really respect her for the way she has treated me. Thank you Dr. Lee.

Dr Lee is an amazing Dr. She sees our whole family. We couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended

My experience with Dr Lee is that she is a good listener, explains options well and takes her time. You do not feel that she is in a hurry at all. She is very practical and involves the patient min decisions. I trust her judgement.

If you want a compassionate and considerate M.D., stay away from this woman. She is nasty and cold and spends the entire length of your office visit typing. She REALLY likes to type and is quite good at it--typing that is. Consider yourself seriously warned. This is not an M.D you want to know!

Clinic required me to set up an appointment as a new patient which was covered 100% by my insurance. Doctor suggested unnecessary testing based on discussion of medical history and then coded the appointment as “having symptoms” instead of new patient. She suggested testing that when researched later at home was completely unnecessary.

I tried to set up an annual exam with this doctor. The clinic required me to set up a pre-exam appointment to review medical history. My insurance showed new patient appointments as covered by preventative health (100% coverage). During discussion of medical history the doctor made suggestions for further testing “to cover our bases”. She did not inform me that by making this suggestions I would lose my status as preventative health and would have to pay out of pocket for the appointment.

I strongly recommend Dr. Kendra Lee, she is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I feel she views relationships are just as important as all her training, knowledge and skills in the Healthcare Profession.
