Dr. Miller and her nurse, Ashley, went above and beyond normal care for my pregnancy. I was considered high risk after our first daughter was stillborn and they took such great care of me and our rainbow baby. Dr. Miller listened to all of my concerns and lessened my anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you, Dr. Miller and Ashley, for being empathetic, caring, open, and kind to my family and I. We will never be able to thank you enough.

I’ve seen Dr. Miller 1X previously and she was fine but very quiet. I tried to call for a checkup and they couldn’t see me for 3+ weeks, I asked if I could see a nurse practitioner or anyone else ASAP as I was having a small issue, they said “No there is not, try a walk-in clinic if you need a sooner appointment.”. Sooo I guess Planned Parenthood is more reliable for care, even as a grown woman with insurance.

I have to give nothing but the highest of praise to Dr. Miller and Mariah Hill. My first pregnancy I was a patient of Dr. Wyman and finished it out in WA after we moved. After coming back to Missoula, my husband and I were expecting again. After choosing not to go back to Dr. Wyman for personal reasons, I was referred by a friend to see Dr. Miller and Mariah. My biggest desire this pregnancy and delivery was to BE HEARD. I have seen/heard so many stories these days of Drs pushing for things that the patients may not want during pregnancy and delivery. With Dr. Miller and Mariah Hill, my wishes and opinions were always heard and respected. Dr. Miller did a very good job at monitoring my entire pregnancy from a very professional standpoint, while Mariah provided a personal relationship. Mariah really made me feel like I could talk to her about anything. Though I had a very easy 2nd preganancy, the delivery was much more difficult than my first. Dr. Miller was amazing and very present throughout the delivery. She stayed calm and collected and did what was best for my health and the baby's, all while listening to my requests and respecting my wishes. 10 days after delivery, I ended up in the ER with a severe uterine infection and increments of placenta left over. Though the ER Dr ALMOST SENT ME HOME, Mariah/Dr Miller and OB on call that night wanted me admitted. It's a good thing they did because I ended up needing a cocktail of IV antibiotics and a DNC. Mariah was there through it all. Checking on me and my mental health while I was in the hospital away from my daughter and brand new, infant son. And Dr. Miller made the effort to even complete the DNC herself. All in all, they are both professional, personable, respectful and very passionate. The office staff was amazing. Kezley and Dani are some of the most amazing nurses and the office always got me in immediately throughout my entire pregnancy if I needed to be seen. They all deserve 5 out 5 stars and I will definitely be seeing them again if/when we are expecting a 3rd.

My previous OBGYN provider retired so for my last pregnancy I chose Dr. Miller and Mariah Hill, CNM. Both have been amazing. They explain what to expect at each stage, listen to concerns and are very friendly and caring. Only a couple of my appointments had long wait times but they were also able to squeeze me in when I needed to be seen and worked with me due to living far away from Missoula in the winter time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Miller was recommended to me by a friend so I chose her as my doctor for my pregnancy. I have since recommended her to several others who have also had wonderful experiences with her. She takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. I did not feel rushed to deliver while in labor and she made me feel like I had a say in the healthcare decisions being made. Her staff is amazing and the nurse was able to answer questions if I called. I love the comfortable environment that Dr.Miller’s office has and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN in Missoula!

Dr Miller is by far the best MD I have ever been treated by. She is intelligent, kind, thoughtful, and borderline genius! Her technique and surgical skills are beautiful and flawless! Highly recommend her to everyone!

After years of pain and pressure while other drs. ignored my symptoms Leah Miller fixed my problem with extreme efficiency and as gently as possible! Very competent and caring. Wish every Dr. could be as compassionate.
