Dr. Z was my surgeon for a very serious and emergent procedure. While the surgery was a difficult and terrifying decision to make, Dr. Z clearly and compassionately explained the risks and benefits as well as his recommendation while leaving the choice up to me. Ultimately, his intervention improved my condition. He and his team did amazing work, even in the middle of the night! His skills and bedside manner are unmatched.

Dr. Z is incredible. His level of care and genuine concern for his patients is like nothing I have ever experienced with a dr. He makes himself available, and never makes you feel like you are a bother. He did an amazing job on my surgery, and was very good at explaining everything in a way that I understood. He also answered all of my questions (I had a lot) with patience. I highly recommend him!

Little to no wait time to schedule appointments. Very friendly, great office staff. Dr. Z was always very prompt during my visits. Felt like he was someone I could speak honestly with and get honest answers in return. Also, gave good guidance when deciding a plan of action. He was a calm, friendly presence in pre-op and I've been happy with the surgery results. He's operated on numerous friends and family, all were so pleased that I decided to drive from Helena to make sure he would be my doc as well!

Very professional and knowledgeable surgeon with a great staff. Dr Zehnpfenning listened to what I had to say and responded in a clear and understandable way. He took his time and actually “chatted†with me to make me comfortable. My surgery went exceptionally well. I highly recommend this Surgeon.
