List of Rebecca Danforth's Reviews
I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Danforth as my attending Rumentologist Physician. She is very professional, caring and attentive to my conditions. Makes time to answer questions and concerns about my condition and has immediately helped by starting a treatment that was very responsive to the flare-ups. In addition she is very interested in follow-ups.
I feel very lucky to have been scheduled for my Rhumentolgy appointment with Dr. Danforth. She is very thorough, professional, considerate, and I believe extremely knowledgeable. She takes time to to explain diagnosis and treatment and seems to be very interested in helping with both followups and treatments.
I wish I could give a lower rating. Here are two precise quotes from this Dr that should be a HUGE RED FLAG as to why NOT to see her: "I don't know", "Do you think I have all the answers?". These were her responses when asked how she will control the RA flare up and severe pain. Also, she cannot hold eye contact when asked questions. Just choose another Dr.
Not very friendly. Treated me like I was stupid. Told me that she doesn't treat fibromyalgia when I found out that she in fact does.
I had gone to numerous doctors and they misdiagnosed what was wrong with me. Finally got referred to Dr Danforth, she said she was going to find out what was causing all my ailments and she did ! I would be dead now if it wasnt for her... She saved my life.. That;s how bad I was.. Listens to what you say.. Great doctor.
Completely dismissive. After waiting 3 months for an appointment, she came into the room after a very long wait and spent more time in front of the computer than she did interacting with me. She was brash and made a quick diagnosis of one symptom, failing to evaluate me as a person. I would not return.
Dr. Danforth is an excellent rheumatologist. It is difficult to get an appointment, but that is a testament to how many people are currently under her care. There is no rushing in and out, she listens to concerns and answers questions. I'm very thankful to have found Dr. Danforth to help me with my RA.
Continuously pushed medication NOT needed. Then when declining non needed medication she threatens to discontinue treatments. Missed 2 appointments do to family emergency so she threatened and CANCLED my Remicade treatment after her reception people reshceduled my appointment.Poor listening skills, lacks care and consideration of her patients.
Stay away from this so called doctor. Maybe she has a low self esteem, but she makes up her mind about a patient before she sees them. Ask for her notes, do not ask her, wait one week then call and get them. She had 2 sentences correct on mine and that's it. But I did not know I drank, according to her notes it has Alcohol Use: Yes. I have migraines, huge trigger, I have had maybe 4 sips in 10 years-maybe- and that would a wedding. STAY AWAY from this so called doctor. Hey, it's not just me, she has same protocol for every female patient

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
