My main issue with this office is they never return phone calls. I have to call two or three times before someone returns my call with no helpful information. Dr. Simmons is nice but hard to talk to and she never makes eye contact with me.

She seems to truly care and is a wonderful doctor. If we didn't have to use her horrible nurse or try to get through her awful front desk stop, we would have stayed.

Dr Simmons is wonderful. Her office staff is deplorable, as is her main nurse, who couldn't give a decent shot if she tried. Great doctor, horrible staff = find a new doctor.
