Sandy Shepherd's Online Review Report Card

I called here because I was assigned to this office by my insurance. The woman who answered was extremely rude to me when I asked where I was to go after she told me no one could take me in her office. She then told me I was rude for asking where to go from here (as I’ve never had an issue like this before) and hung up on me! I couldn’t believe it. I am asking for help from a doctors office and instead they are mean, rude and hang up. If you are desperate for help or have mental health issues DO NOT CONTACT THIS OFFICE. What a horrible place to treat a patient this way. It is important to be careful how you treat people as you never know one’s situation or needs.

I just moved to Missoula and was so bummed I needed to find a new doctor because I loved my doctor in Portland. I was looking for a different doctor and called this office to make an appointment. They weren't able to see me for a while, but offered Dr. Shepherd. So I took a risk, but I am SO happy I did. Dr. Shepherd is really amazing. Cares deeply and made me feel like she had all day for me. Gave me GREAT options that weren't just pills and I couldn't be more excited to have found a doctor. Don't hesitate on this one, you will be so thankful.

I’ve seen a fair share of providers in my life, and Dr. Shepherd is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She’s kind, patient, and a very pleasant person overall. She safely got me through a complicated pregnancy, and I trust her with both mine and my son’s life. She’s very busy assisting a lot of her patients with labor, but doesn’t hesitate to squeeze you in if you need to see her. She’s always answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns. She’s incredibly professional, and wonderful to have as a doctor while going through the pregnancy to labor process, even though she is not an OB/GYN. She’s all about making sure the labor process is as comfortable as possible. I recommended her to my sister when she got pregnant, and my nephew also sees her now as well. Her nurse is amazing too. Everyone at Generations Family Medicine is wonderful.

Dr. Shepherd has a heart of gold. She genuinely cares about her patients, listens to them and treats them with professionalism and compassion. She always explains things clearly in language you can understand and gives patients choices in their care. She never belittles your questions, concerns or decisions. She is very easy to talk to. Wait times can be a little long, but that is because she is giving other patients the same quality care you will receive from her. She's worth waiting for!

Dr Shepherd is awesome! Always listens and talks to you like you are a real person, in terms you can understand! She is very personable and easy to talk to!

Very caring, thorough. Really appreciate her attention to detail. Followed up on all the tests in timely manner. She is busy but worth the wait!!

Dr. Shepherd and her office are so wonderful. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She has a terrific manner and is extremely good at what she does.

She is such an amazing dr for me and my children. She delivered one and it was the best experience. She listens and takes the time to really make my concerns feel valid. I can't say enough good things about her
