Dr. Jerry Hsieh and his staff are amazing. They really go above and beyond to take care of their patient's health concerns and needs. I really love the structure, organization, and the way that the people in the office work with their patients (shoutout to Phoebe and her detailed emails and explanations). If you're looking for an outpatient pulmonologist, this is the place to go for sure!!!

My wife saw Dr. Jerry Hsieh for the first time. We find Dr. Hsieh very caring and very knowledgeable. He listened patiently to our questions, and he answered each question and explained the options in great detail so we can fully understand. His team is also very courteous and professional making us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend Dr. Hsieh to anyone.

Dr. Jerry and his staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable. I brought my mother for an appointment because she had been having a cough for a very long time and Dr. Jerry was able to find the root cause. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient making sure all my moms questions were answered. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Hsieh is a very nice doctor he addressed all of our concerns it was our first time here. The office staff were very polite they made sure before we left that our needs were taken of. I personally liked Phoebe she really was awesome. Daniel was very cool and professional with us. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had been suffering from a cough that lingered for over a month. I could not get an appointment to see my Hoag pcp until 5 weeks out. I called other pcp doctors to try to see someone but they too were booked out several months. But I could only get Telehealth appts which wasn't helping. I had to keep going into urgent care for care for a month. Finally I looked to self refer to a pulmonologist. I called around and finally found Dr. Hsieh via Yelp. My friends referred their docs and I couldn't get any appointments until 1-2 months out. I called Dr. Hsieh because he had great Yelp reviews and we are both from Northern VA. Yeah east coast folks we get each other. His office got me in to see him right away. The staff were very efficient, courteous, and attentive. Dr. Hsieh is super personable, nice and has great bedside manners. He asked good questions, great communicator, answered my questions. Explained what was happening to my health situation. He actually spent the time to get to know me a little bit instead of treating me like a number. He apologized for my horrible experience of not getting proper care from my medical group and assured me that I can always get in to see him in a timely manner instead of months out. He explained to me the medical treatment for me in the next few weeks and set up a follow up appointment. Now that's what a good doctor is suppose to look like. I highly recommend Dr. Hsieh and his team.

When I saw Dr. Hsieh today, he was so friendly and truly caring. He listened to all of my questions and answered everything for me. His advice was perfect for me and really gave me a piece of mind as he addressed all of my concerns. I feel 1000 times better after my appointment was done. Phoebe was the first point of contact and coordinated and navigated everything for me and made everything so simple and easy. Daniel was very helpful in getting me prepared right before I saw Dr. Hsieh and both Phoebe and Daniel were so caring.It really does feel like a family here and I actually felt right at home. I was looking online for a pulmonary specialist in my city and found Dr. Hsieh, with my intention of both potential ailment and optimization of my instrument. When I met him in person, he carries an uplifting spirit while being very knowledgeable and caring. I told him how much grateful I am for his service to our community when there's a lung-attacking pandemic in the world. LoL. Overall my spirit felt reenergized and reassured after 3x meeting him and the awesome staff (Phoebe and Dan were phenomenal in their own right!) Thank you Dr. Hsieh (pronounced See-a) & company.
