Theodore Laine Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Laine has many great qualities as a pediatrician! Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He’s always available by phone even if he’s not in the office, it’s always been an ease to get an appointment even at late notice. Visits are always quick and easy. There’s no beating around the bush with him and he’s always been straight forward which I actually very much appreciate. He will be missed as he enjoys retirement! Thank you Dr. Laine!

Doctor Laine is absolutely fantastic. After friends and hospital staff highly recommended him, my daughter and her husband chose a different practice (BMP) that turned out to be an utter disgrace, and they only wish they would've gone to him from the beginning. My daughter loves him and his clinic manager! So happy my grandkids are in good hands!

Dr. Laine is the best pediatrician I could've chosen for my daughter to see. He has made our lives a little less stressful. Even when he is out of the office he is still available by phone. I think we all know how many hoops you have to go through to speak to a doctor on the phone. That is not the case at his practice. He even answers the phone himself when he is in office because it is important to him to be available to his patients for whatever they need.

Our experience with Dr. Laine was far less than ideal. He started seeing my son the day he was born, yet never remembered his name or how old he was, though we saw him a minimum of once/month for the first 7 months of our son's life. In addition to being incredibly impersonal, Dr. Laine forgot to give our son one of his immunizations, and his front office staff repeatedly fail to correctly bill our insurance. We have not been to Dr. Laine's office in nearly a year, yet I just got notice that he sent our (illegitimate) outstanding balance to a collections agency. I called my insurance company and they never even received claims from his office! Would not recommend.

Best pediatrician in the world in my book

I just turned 19, and can with confidence look back on everything Dr laine did for me, often above and beyond the expected standard, and I consider myself very fortunate to have had such a good pediatrician. As a kid who hated needles, I cannot recommend him any more firmly. Fantastic guy

I’m not a fan of Doctors and certainly don’t like taking my kids to them. That was until I met Dr. Ted Laine. He is great with the kids and makes Wveeyone feel welcome. Even laughs at my Corny jokes. Glad my kids have a great doc.

11 years with Dr.Laine and no matter how long we go without a check up he is the same as if we had just been in. I appreciate his stable and non-reactive personality; not much riles him, and I enjoy this part of his care! As for a phone call after address change....? Why would they call you? And, community's billing has literally nothing to do with Ted Laine's care! Community was bought out and they give ppl very little leeway with outstanding bills. I give him and his staff five stars!! Thank you for all you've done and continue to do!

So after waiting for 2 months for Montana DPHHS to approve us for using Dr. Laine for our daughter (she's now 4 months). We chose Dr. Laine as her provider due to the high reviews. After calling to schedule her for her 4 month shots I was originally told that Dr. Laine was only accepting newborns as patients and then after talking to him she then said that he couldn't see our daughter as his practice is "full". I explained that we were only approved to see him for our daughter through her insurance she told me that I needed to "call someone else".

I can't begin to say how much we loved having Dr. Laine as our pediatrician. He cared for our first two before we moved out of town and he is truly irreplaceable. For a doc to answer his own calls, give his own shots, be the ONLY doc who sees my children on each visit, provide a self authored book, always make room for our children when they need to be seen, and take on corporate insurance when needed for the benefit for my children, just is unheard of anywhere else. We miss our doc.
