List of Thomas Randall Md's Reviews
The first few visits he thoroughly explained what he was doing and going to do to but more recently he has started the exam right away without announcing what he was going to do. It’s as if he’s on auto pilot. More recently he has asked me ,the parent, to sit or stand in a specific area of the room before he starts his exam which is fine but again he doesn’t explain why. The exams are a fraction of ...
All kids, 4, 6, and 8 yr old were required to wear hospital gowns. He briefly listened to chest and immediately pulled underwear down to check privates. He gave neither parent nor child a warning or explanation of why he needed to look and touch their private parts (2 girls, 1 boy). That was his exam. Didn’t look in ears, eyes, throat...
Dr. Randall is awesome! He is so great with my 5 and 3 YO.
Nothing is more frustrating then to have to continually go to see your child’s doctor for the same issue before dr. Randell will effectively treat the issue. Maybe his office just wants to make more money!? More visits more money? So disappointed!! Office staff and nursing staff professional and kind.
Excellent in every way. Respectable and respectful. Always felt heard, never felt rushed. Knowledgeable and experienced, but not outdated.
Please do not select this Dr for your child's care. Anyone else in the practice is great.
Dr. Randall has been an excellent doctor for both my boys for the past 7 years. I would highly recommend him to every parent! He has been with my family throughout their childhood "crud" as well as the challenges of neurological difficulties my boys deal with. Thankfully with Dr Randall's care and great referrals to specialist, my kids are thriving!
Dr Randall is a very excellent pediatrician! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to sit and talk to parents and children. He's compassionate and kind. I highly recommend him for your children!
Dr Randall is a very excellent pediatrician! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to sit and talk to parents and children. He's compassionate and kind. I highly recommend him for your children! The negative reviews are unfortunate because every experience I have had with him has been amazing. I do know that typically people leave reviews when they are mad and most people that are satisfied do not think to leave reviews, no one can be all things to all people and no one is perfect. But if you are looking for a doctor that actually takes the time to sit and talk and answer your questions, he absolutely does that.
We have had Dr. Randall for 2 years now. We unfortunately have a child that gets sick very easily and has seen the inside of the ER way too many times. He is the kind of child that should have been referred to a lung specialist many months ago, but due to the lack of either knowledge or giving a damn, my son has had to go too long of being in and out of the ER and his office. The part that made it the final straw was when my son was taken into Dr. Randall's office with breathing problems, Randall took a look at him and said he was fine. Two hours later we called and said he is getting worse and they said to take him to the ER if we think it is that bad. Come to find out my child had pneumonia! That is not something that just comes on in two minutes after leaving the doctor's office. This man only wants to see children who are perfectly healthy and require no extra care. I strongly recommend not taking your child to this man. You will end up disappointed at some point!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
