List of Providence Health & Services's Reviews
My 94 year old grandmother has been having heart issues. She was 10 minutes late for her appointment so they refused to see her because it would "mess up their schedule". They said that if she wanted to see a doctor she was welcome to go to the ER or reschedule for next month. Thankfully my mother was there and was able to bring her to the ER. She ended up needing emergency care. This is one of multiple negative experiences there. Terrible place. Wish there were more options.
Have to wait a mouth and a half to get my chest pains to look at cant wait that long
My wife just had an outpatient surgery here and we were very happy with it. Nurses were great!
I went in not feeling good they put me in a little room for 4 hours they kept telling me well they don't have my my records I saw my records Providence has a picture and I saw my picture on their computer but they were too lazy to do anything and then they say well it only one doctor who did nothing I was dehydrated my urine what's orange they gave me a small bag of water and then sent me home by the way this was the ER
I got sick, and went in for a covid test. I have emphazema, and kidney cancer, and they still opted to only give me a 3 day test, not a rapid one. My daughter then took her 8 month old in and they gave them quick tests, after lying to me straight to my face...and came back positive. Now the whole family is sick, 2 infants, 7 kids who go to school, and 3 adults....and this all could have been prevented if the staff did not lie here. - I called back to get an explanation, they hung up on me once, and tried some power trip the second time. Im pissed! Who runs these places? Even common sense would have told you to give quick tests, so I could preserve the health of my family. It seems very purposeful. I will be writing reviews all over, going to project veritas, and the press with this as well.
I can never expect 5 stars from a hospital... but I love Straub and McKenzie! They treat me and my son well and are attentive to our needs and wants as patients. The clinic and er visits are hit and miss but that’s why I try and get into appointments if it can wait.
The care received in your facility was amazing. A lot was going on but once I was stable and sent to Missoula was told everything was what was supposed to be. Thank you so much.
Attentive...growing...great critical access hospital
Arrived 5 minutes early for my 9AM appointment this morning. After standing in line for 20 minutes at the front desk I was told I didn't arrive early enough to complete my paperwork. I received my courtesy call yesterday and no mention that I needed to arrive 15 minutes early. So after waiting over 3 weeks for this appointment I was told that Dr McKenzie wants me to "reschedule". I have NEVER heard of such inconsideration by a clinic. Guess what? I'm looking for a new Doctor. Believe the reviews. Go somewhere else.
i have nothing but the best to say about the staff at this hosptal. i was in the hospital for 5 days, the nurses and doctor I saw was so great.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
