I switched to her as my primary physician due to her excellent performance. Dr. Metcalf met me for a quick one-off medical check. Her demeanor and questioning were outstanding. She spent the time necessary to unravel a tangle of symptoms, then developed a simple effective action plan. Her follow-up emails have been speedy and on-point. I could ask no more of a physician.

While waiting for my appointment, Metcalfs nurse informs me that I'll be seeing another provider. Meet this other provider to be informed that she's an emergency care and she's not sure why she's seeing me. She leaves and Metcalfs nurse returns asking me to reschedule. 0 / 10 worst PHP I never even got to see.

while sitting in the waiting room I was informed by Metcalfs nurse that I would be seeing another provider. Meet with the other provider whom is an Emergency provider and says she'll return in a moment. Metcalfs nurse returns telling me that we need to reschedule... after an hour drive to and from I'll not be coming back to this shit show.

From the moment I walked into the office I felt very welcomed. Dr. Metcalf was on time for my appointment, explained everything extremely well, and made me feel very comfortable. I'm very happy with the referral to Dr. Metcalf and would recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Metcalf delivered my daughter to me after an intense 3 days of an unnecessary ordered induction by another Dr no longer with the practice. It was an intense moment and it seemed like noone else in the delivery ward would listen to my concerns but she was finally reached, realized the severity of the situation and called for an emergency csection right away. Metcalf is the reason that I am going to this practice even though I live in Waynesville. I want her to deliver my next baby in May.

Left me go for 2 years with giant fibroid and needing surgery. Went somewhere else and got it done. Even he colleagues treat you nasty. Billing lady hateful to all.

Dr Metcalf is wonderful. She delivered my first born and has taken great care of me during my second pregnancy. I always feel that my concerns are listened to and validated and she has always gone the extra step to be sure about any potental issues during my prenatal care.
