Started seeing Dr. Newman after the death of my son. He could I suppose be taken as uncaring, however, when you realize that he is just thinking and listening you see him in a completely different light. This man is extremely caring and gave me tools to help me through the most difficult pain there is. Tools is what we need, not necessarily being able to tell him every tiny detail...he gets it...he knows what you need five minutes in. He is not there to let you vent on and on.....
Great doctor. Straightforward and nonjudgmental. Soothing environment and Kelly is wonderful!
Terrible experience. Did not show any interest at all and would not even have the decency to listen to me talk to him. He had me repeat myself 3 times during my last appointment because he kept checking his phone.
I absolutely would not recommend this doctor(?), he was the most uninterested person I have ever encountered. He was rude and demeaning.
Good doctor.. But agreed with the refills being problematic at times. There has been times where he has been gone for a week with no notice and I've had to go without my medication. Make sure you call them Monday, Tuesday, or Friday between 12-3 if you need a refill for anything, or do it at your appointment. Super nice receptionists however! The wait time is usually never longer then 3-5 minutes.
Difficult to get a hold of anyone by phone, I have had issues will refill requests being unnoticed. is better to get all the refills you can at your appointment

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
