Dr. Coleman took the time, I never felt rushed, she had preread my (long) file and gave good advice. I feel lucky she’s my new physician.

Appointments must be made the same day. It is like calling into a radio station at 8AM each morning trying to win their contest. I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Coleman by calling the office at 8:00AM, being put on hold, and then told at 8:07AM that all appointments are full. She is a good doctor, but the entire process of trying to see her is broken. As of today, my patient relationship with Dr. Coleman has been my worst ever experience with a private physician.
