Had a very pleasant visit

I drove to this place because I thought it's supposed to be a walk in urgent care. The receptionist said I had to come back 3 hours later for the earliest appointment so I did because I had no where else to go. The front staff were not very knowledgeable or compassionate and acted like I inconvenienced them with any questions at both visits. I asked for them to fax my documents and they both said the nurse or doctor has to do it. (Obviously it was their job). The PAs on both visits acted like they were in a rush to leave the room and were not as helpful as they thought they were. The first PA referred me to a specialist that doesn't exist anymore and the second PA said I should just go to the ER (which was not necessary). Overall I thought the service was not great and would never go back. To be fair, the male nurse was the only personable person there. Everyone else acted like they hated to be at work and did the bare minimum. I would love to talk to management about my experience, however no one called me back about my complaint.

We were quickly seen and treated. Nurse and PA very professional with good bedside manner. Front desk clerk was having a conversation on her Bluetooth the entire check in process, not much interaction with her other than collecting the copayment. Despite non welcoming greeting, would still go back due to experience with Nurse and PA.

Went there a little after 8 to find the doors locked. Knocked and when an employee came they asked me what was wrong. Told them why I came then they told me that because they were short 1 person they couldn’t fully open and to wait 10-15 minutes to see if this changes. Normally I have no problem waiting but when I had to leave work, on hourly pay, to get treated I can’t afford to wait for someone who isn’t even guaranteed to show up.

Quick and easy. The staff was very nice, chatty, and judgement free.

I took my son to this clinic. They were very professional and fast. All you have to do is go to their website and book an appointment. By the way I had no insurance I paid 49.00 for my sons physical. Great visit.

Made an appt for 8:30, along with several other people before 9 AM. They did not unlock the doors until 9, even when people had appts (and staff was in the building). Once they finally did, they let us know that the drug screening was not going to be open that day. Myself and 4-5 other people waited around an hour outside...ended up having to go to the Sanford location. Staff could have made a better effort to contact people that had earlier appts to either cancel or reschedule for staffing issues. Letting us wait, then having to go for a walk-in at another location turned my early AM errand into a half-day affair.
