I've been a patient at this practice for years. I value the relationship that I have with with Mr. Harris PAC and staff. They have been a partner over the years helping me navigate all my health concerns and I couldn't imagine trusting my care to anyone else.

Dr. Tolbert was great! He treated me like a real person instead of a patient.

I started the renewal process for my medication almost 8 days ago and the only answer I get from this place is “we already sent it to CVS 5 days ago.” So tomorrow will be my 3rd day without medication. Here was my last response to them when they yet again told me they already sent it: Thanks I checked with them Friday, Sunday, Monday, and today and they do not have it. I have contacted you 8 times and receive this same answer every time. I will now be without my medication for three doses tomorrow morning which as a healthcare professional (I’m a hospital clinical pharmacist ) I find inexcusable whatever the reason. I have made an appointment at Novant for tomorrow so will no longer need your assistance.

I made an appointment with this Dr Rachel Schultz, only so that I could get my yearly mammogram. Otherwise, I do not have a primary care physician, and the mammogram office said I need one in order to get my results. I then called my insurance company and verified that this provider was in my network, and she was. It would be considered my annual wellness exam which was 100% covered. When I met with this doctor, I even told her why I was there. I let her know that I had no health problems, but I needed to establish a primary care physician in order to get my mammogram results. I even told her to please make sure she would not code my bill with anything other than my yearly exam, and she agreed. However, she did not code it that way, and I was charged almost $300 for my visit! I have gone round and round with billing to try to fix this, to no avail. I have excellent credit and I’m always on time with every payment. But I refused to pay for this bill, as she did not code my visit correctly. I would never return to see her, or recommend her based on this. I am so upset by this.

Dr.Tolbert is very kind and listens to what I have to say. I appreciate having such a nice doctor close to home. Though for simple calls and problems this office isn't very reliable. They always seem booked to the brim or just suggest I go to an Urgent care. While I'm in the office their customer service isn't a problem, they are kind and polite. Seems like its just availability/scheduling issues. I would recommend if I thought they had room for more patients in their itinerary.

Dr. Schultz is the best physician I have ever had. She makes me very comfortable. She is very easy to talk to. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for your personal healthcare! She is amazing.

Daughter went to Saturday clinic and seen Dr Gemekia, was very kind that day and thought she would be a caring NPN...she said "shoot me a message if this medication don't work" 5 days later she is sicker and no reply from mywakehealth message and no reply back from 2 follow up calls. The front desk confirmed she got my messages

I'm a new patient of Dr. Schultz, of about 4 months ago. I really like her. She's thorough, personable, and answers all questions clearly. She was diligent about following up about my condition.I've had no issues with the office either. My experience has been different than the two negative reviews below.

My mother is a patient at this practice. The doctors and staff are fantastic when you're in the office. But as another reviewer stated, it is impossible to receive a call back when a message is left for a doctor. Why is this particular practice so unresponsive compared to other WFUBMC locations?
