Vidant Health's Online Review Report Card

I don't know how this place gets 4 and 5 stars. The whole process is quick but, they are so impersonal! I felt just like a number. To make matters worse. I didn't know my Medicaid was terminated. I went in for my ultrasound on the 3rd, granted I was 20min late. The lady was still there. I ask if she would still see me. The lady up front went to ask. She said she would. My husband and big sister came with me. The lady spoke to me as if I was a child and rushed me down the hall, as big as I am and directed me to sit. Before I could get on the table good she began to lift the bottom, telling me to lay down. I wanted to cuss this unprofessional lady out!! When she started I saw she wasn't going to tell is anything so, I started asking questions. I ask what did she see. She said nothing first. I ask did all look well she said she didn't know "That's what happens when you wait till 8 months" I ask what was she measuring. Her response "head arms and kidney" just like that didn't try and show us anything. She said she didn't know what she was looking at but she was measuring like she knew and didn't want to tell us. So at that point I just ask for a print out of the pictures she took. She says I don't know. Wow smh. Wipes my belly and says done and leaves us in the room!! I was so upset, she could care less. I still had to beg for a picture and they told me I won't be able to make out anything. I told them I still would like to have them, it meant a lot to me. They brought back 2pics and they were the two worse ones. All I could say was wow. I feel like if you really don't want to do the ultrasound reschedule me or say it's too late for them, don't treat someone like a number and a burden. When I get to the front they tell me my Medicaid was cut. I said oh that's why y'all acted like that. They gave me a new appointment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK, EVER. That was so unprofessional and inconsiderate as hell! I dont care if my baby is hanging out I will make that trip to Greenville.

Great providers and great staff. Absolutely love going here. Wait times are not long. Providers answer all your questions.

They're pretty good as far as going in and getting treated. But calling when you have questions and problems , they're pretty slow about calling back and responding. I can call one day and will not get a response until the middle of the next day so hopefully it isn't something too serious.
