Will not go back to this doctor. Very uncaring. Asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I am not a doctor. I do not know how to treat my ear problem. Said I need to see my family doctor. He is an ENT doctor. Told me he could order hearing test and cat scan but he knew tests would come back normal. I felt I was wasting his time with my ear ache that has been going on for 3 months. I was in tears. Will see my family doctor tomorrow. This was my second visit with the ENT. For each visit, he looked in my ears and said they look normal. After insurance, I still have to pay $177. What a waste of my money and time. He told me at first visit to come back if pain continued and he could do more testing. I went today and he basically didn’t offer anything.

Dr. Kilde is a thoroughly professional, competent and skilled specialist. I have come to him every year for the last 3-4 years. I have been helped by him completely and wouldn't go to anyone else. The only feature I am not happy with is the new CEENTA check-in system. It takes up too much time to register an account and I canceled it partway through after answering questions for 8 minutes and it wasn't finished. I see that as a drawback.

Dr. Kilde was great when we first started taking our daughter to him. Recently this past year he has been very short and rude to me and my daughter. He expects me to restrain her right away so he can exam her ears. He doesn't try to gain her trust anymore. He feels as if he can talk to his patients anyway he wants. Very condescending. My daughter had an ear infection and did not feel good at all. Of course restraining her made her cry and kick. This made him mad. We won't be going back. I left crying and his office staff was apologizing. The office staff is amazing.

Have had to use Dr. Kilde's services for a couple cysts that came up on my neck. He removed them surgically in his office and left no scars During the exam today he even ask where the other 2 were which I told him were right beside this one he couldn't even tell himself. Nice guy/good Dr. Second review for Dr. Kilde. Had nose surgery a month ago. Again Dr. Kilde did an outstanding job. Recovery was just as he said and I cam breath 100% better. Thank you for your professionalism. Nice guy/Good Dr.

Dr. Kilde is a surgeon, as well as a specialist in ear,nose,throat,allergies and hearing tests. I trust him wholeheartedly because he has saved my butt more than once.

Dr. Kilde is always so patient with my 4 year old whenever we go in for a checkup and he’s always willing to see us for any concerns with her ears.
