My prescription Oakley's broke after three years. A good friend of mine recommended I visit Dr Henson. From intake to the optometrist, I was dealt with respect. His rates are higher than others, but my insurance covers his portion of the billing. My biggest pet peeve was their glasses are highly overpriced. I found the exact same set that if I would've ordered them online, they would've been 60% cheaper. In addition to being highly overcharged, my glasses broke after just 2 weeks. I handled them with the utmost care due to the fact they cost me $1043 dollars. One of the lenses popped out simply by me putting them on. Not only that, but it also tore the $518 transition XTRActive Polarized Gray lenses cover. At this point, I no longer want these cheaply made, highly over price Oakley's. If they refuse to take them back, give me my prescription so I may order elsewhere at a MUCH lower price, well, let's just hope it doesn't get that far.

Worst eye Dr. I have ever been to. He got my Rx wrong but thank God I caught it before I bought my contacts. I took my glasses in to be tightened and the technician scratched them to pieces. When I asked them to buff them out or do something the whole office ganged up on my and said it was impossible that they had done that. I took my glasses to another eye Dr and find out it will be almost $300 to fix them. I hope that anyone needing a good eye Dr will go somewhere else. This office needs to be closed.

Worst eye dr officer ever!! The staff is not helpf at all my mother in law has been trying ti get her contacts for several months but they somehiw ALWAYS get the prescription wrong?!?!?

Very knowledgeable staff, have served our family for years. When my sunglasses frame wasn’t right Lisa fixed the problem.

Dr. Thompson is great! I've been going to him since he opened his new location. They are very thorough and they take their time answering everything. They take time to make sure your new glasses are right for you and actually suit your style. They also do their best to fit your schedule.

I will NEVER set foot in this facility again! Receptionists were nice enough. The doctor treated me hurriedly and entirely ignored my kids. I was just another number. I'll put it aside as coincidence that within 2 days of my visit, I had a facial abscess with 2 types of staph. Also, one of the forms I signed at check-in stated that each pair of glasses is unique and custom made especially for me and once I had it there are no returns. NO face measurements taken, glasses HURT to wear! Never again

Took his time with me, answered all my questions, did not get upset when during eye exam I asked to see through lense a second time. Very patient.

The exam and prescription seemed OK. When the glasses arrived there was a defect so I returned them for inspection. When they were returned over a week later I was still not satisfied so I went back and was basically told to live with it. There are numbers etched on the glass in the line of vision which I was told were on all glasses. Of course they couldn't show me any in the office that day that displayed these numbers in the sight line. I've worn glasses for 20 years and have never had a pair that had this coding visible in the lens. In short, the Doctor may be very competent but the staff was rude and consequently lost a return customer. I am not satisfied with my glasses.

I have been going to Sam for several years now. He is always on time, and knows what he is doing. I have problems getting lenses that are just right for me. If I ever have a problem and can't see good when they get back, he re-examines my eyes and makes them right.
