Amrita Desai's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Amrita ParikhDesai is the best Physician my husband and I have ever met. My husband started going to Dr. Parikh 17 years ago and I soon followed after moving to NC from NJ. When tests are ordered the results are posted on MY Chart Acct. and if the Dr. thinks we are concerned about any of the results she will call on her day off or on the weekend she is that dedicated to her patients. We have referred many friends and neighbors and they also sing praises for Dr. Parikh.

I consider myself extremely lucky to be Dr. Desai’s patient. Dr. Desai is an amazing physician who is very experienced knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. Before coming to WakeMed Physician Practices and being Dr. Desai’s patient I had a GP at Duke Primary Care Waverly Place. I am so glad I switched. Dr Desai’s exams are very thorough and her explanations really resonate. She diagnosed a serious condition signs of which were missed by my previous GP. Thanks to her treatments follow ups and care I am doing much better now and looking forward to full recovery.I recommended Dr. Desai to all my family members and friends.

Dr. Parikh is a phenomenal Physician and Primary Care Practitioner. I have been her patient for 14 years and she is by far THE BEST. Very genuine and compassionate in her care a wonderful bedside manner and most importantly she cares and listens to your concerns and ensures she addresses them. She is particular about following up if necessary and if you need specialist care she will make sure that you are referred to or treated by the best. I cannot praise her enough and have HIGHLY recommended her to family and friends. It is rare to find such an outstanding Primary Care Physician and I am extremely grateful to be under her care.

Dr. Desai actually listens to her patients. Thats a lost art. She doesnt have a timer she takes all the time you need. Shes knowledgeable in every aspect of your care. Shes an all around wonderful Dr. Ud recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Desai is a wonderful practitioner I have been seeing her for just over a year and I am so very glad she is my physician. Dr. Desai is patient caring extremely thorough proactive and professional. I recently had a cardiac artery surgical procedure. My vascular surgeon said I should thank Dr. Desai for detecting the blockage I had because she most likely helped to save my life or prevented me from having a stroke because she recommended I see a cardiologist and then him the vascular surgeon. Words cannot accurately express how very grateful I am for Dr. Desais excellence

Doctors are busy these days but despite that Dr. ParikhDesai is still able to bring a level of personalized care and attention that is truly remarkable. She is knowledgeable knows my medical history asks questions takes time to get to the bottom of issues and explains things well. She has even personally followed up after the visit with messages and phone calls when warranted. Her dedication is admirable. I feel confident about my healthcare here and would not switch for anything.
