I recently had my new patient appointment at the Apex location. From start to finish it was by far the best dental appointment I’ve ever had. Desean, Princess, and Jaden were absolutely wonderful. Professional, approachable, and so very pleasant. Dr. Solanki was amazing as well. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I won't be going back. On my first visit, for routine cleaning, I was given a questionnaire where I was asked if I had sensitive teeth. I responded yes because I did. The dentist immediately recommended fillings. I thought it would be helpful. Of eleven or twelve fillings, one of them came off the very next day. Another one came off two months later. Of course these procedures depleted my dental insurance allowance. Either the procedure was rushed or the material used was of inferior quality. I was told I should feel better in a couple of weeks, two months later, I am still feeling more sensitivity from the procedure. I understand the need to make money. However, patient care should not come second to making money. Walking into the exam room seemed like going back in time to maybe the 1970's. I was surprised how completely outdated the equipment was.

I spoke with the patient coordinator (Cary location) multiple times to arrange an appointment for my daughter, who requires sedation. Since we couldn’t secure a March date (full), we agreed on a date in April. She sent several emails with treatment plans, but I missed a QR code in one of the attachments that was apparently required to finalize the booking. Unfortunately, no one followed up to confirm or flag that anything was incomplete. When I called regarding her scheduled date, I was stunned to learn that the appointment had never actually been booked. They are now only able to offer a date that's another month away. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through, and overall very frustrated/stressed with this experience.

Dr. Solanki is a genuinely caring, highly skilled, and trustworthy. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout every visit. I trust her completely—not just for myself, but I also bring my kids to her. I highly recommend her for both adult and pediatric dental care.

My family of 5 are a patient of this office located in Apex for about 10 years and it is the best .We truly miss the previous group but so glad to be under the care of the new Doctor ,Dr.Solanki ,who is very professional ,caring and humble person. Dr.Solanki takes time to listen to patients and discuss options that works best.We are truly impressed by the level of care we received and recommend this office to anyone that needs quality dental care.
