I took my daughter today and we had the pleasure of meeting Megan and Dr. Marino. They explained everything to her, and made sure she was comfortable with everything that was happening. We didn’t feel rushed and all of our questions were answered. It was a great experience!

We will not be going back here. I will not tolerate paying a 3% fee to use my card when I’m paying over $200 worth in there practice.

Doctor Marino is really great!But the opticians are not quality, got two pairs of bifocals over a period of 2 years- they were both terrible!

Had new onset of significant opaque floaters in my left eye. They fit me in later that day at a location close to my work and after thorough (colorful) examination, determined situation was thankfully not serious.Competent, thoughtful and reassuring service!

Dr Marino and his team is one of the finest team in this field. Dr Marino brings in deep clinical knowledge, and is on top of latest changes that will benefit his patients. Beyond the knowledge and care, he has excellent bedside manners encouraging a honest patient discussion. His patients are fortunate to be under his care and management. Helping him is his dedicated TVO front office including Tiffany and others , who are always paying attention to detail and always extending the extra hands to patients. Thank you all for the service you do towards your patients.

I can't speak for the service or staff, as my wife was the patient. But I can tell you to save a fortune and go to MyEyeDr instead. Now we know why our usual place was booked out for months, and this place got her right in for an exam. What a ripoff! I'm disgusted.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm. I got an email confirmation that said my appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 4:15pm. I also got a confirmation call a few days before the appointment and the woman also said 4:15 so I thought ok maybe I booked it for 4:15. I show up at 4:20 and was told unfortunately my appointment was at 4 and I couldn’t be seen. I told the front desk employee that I had an email and phone confirmation that said 4:15pm. Apparently the doctor was running behind schedule and I wasn’t going to be able to be seen. I had to get childcare in order for me to make this appointment and now have to find a new office and time to go since this place can’t figure a simple schedule conflict they created.
