Forever wait. People are rude. Nobody cares you there or tell you whats going on. It wasnt a busy night but we had waited almost for four hour. The doctor and nurse were very impatience. Doctor bothered to explain anything except tell you the x ray looks normal.

The check in lady was very rude and tried to be confrontational. We were not allowed to sit in an adjacent empty waiting area due to COVID restrictions. The one we were ask to stay was full 101521. 130 pm.

I did not have a good experience with wakemed. This was our first time at the ER and the sign in lady was very rude. After being told I could stay with my husband and was given a sticker to stay in the hospital she made me leave and yelled at him for moving his mask around to talk to her he wasn’t having an issue with wearing a mask his throat was so sore and hurting so bad he couldn’t hardly talk the other staff members were very nice and tried to be as helpful as they could as they seen my panic. It was just the one employee and I understand you see a lot and deal with a lot at the ER but we were trying to be as helpful and nice as possible even though we were very scared and panicked.

Our primary care Dr.lee is the amazing. He is so good at listening and taking time to make sure you are comfortable and do not have any questions. I have never been taken such good care of from a Dr. If you are looking for a primary care provider Dr.Lee is number one.

We went to the Pedi GI and saw Dr. Bernal. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so kind and thorough. She really listened to me and was honest in her assessment of my son. I could tell she earnestly cared.

Such a wonderful staff My whole family came in suspecting we had covid. from the security to the front desk to the nurses and doctors did a phenomenal job caring for a family with two sick toddlers. They were kind and patient with us as my girls couldn’t sit still. We were treated like family My girls were given popsicles and stuffed animals. I love this location because it’s not so crowded and it’s a lot quicker. We had maybe 78 people ahead of us and we were there for almost 3 hoursnot bad. I want to thank the nursesdoctors and other staff for risking your lives to save others and for being so compassionate about what you do

I went to Apex to get checked for a blood clot. I had the ultrasound and was in and out in a little over an hour. Dr Merritt and staff were thorough. Knowledgeable and kind
