It took me two visits and he took care of my situation and iI am no longer being bothered with it. Very polite and professional is how I would describe him and his staff. I am very thankful to him.

I have regularly been seeing Dr. Cogburn for many years. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He truly cares about his patients. I’ve never felt rushed. Dr. Cogburn’s staff is always competent, friendly and helpful. I’m always seeing on time. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Cogburn.

waited in waiting room for an hour and never seen. front staff couldn’t care less. found out later it was a good thing because Cogburn is NOT the one you want to see in this office. horrible expierence

My wife and I have been patients for years. I could not recommend Dr Cogburn and his entire staff more highly. Their expertise, along with their combined caring and compassion, make Carolina Mountain Dermatology a truly exceptional practice. It is definitely one of the gems of our wonderful mountain community!

Dr. Cogburn is the consummate physician--caring, attentive and professional. As a patient, I feel totally comforted knowing that I am getting top notch dermatological care by a knowledgeable and experienced doctor with well trained and organized staff. They even fit me in when I mixed up appointment dates. CMD has a can-do, patient centric attitude. Asheville is, in deed fortunate, to have Dr. Cogburn and his superb staff. They get an Excellent+ rating and deserve their 5 star rating!

I was scheduled to see Dr. Cogburn for a new procedure he performs and was very concerned. I had not been able to research , on the web, the specific application recommended and still had alot of questions. Thankfully, Dr.Cogburn was very thorough and patient answering my many questions and concerns. I left relieved and confident that I was in good hands!

Dr Cogburn has been my doctor for 18 years and has done an amazing job managing my rosacea. He has truly impacted my quality of life like no other physician has. He is a fantastic listener, stays current on all treatment options and helps me understand how those options fit into the long term control of symptoms. I highly recommend him!!
