Horrible experience.......I was not the one who was sick but I had to wait in the car for THREE hours. Had I known it would be that long I would have left and come back, but then I didn’t want the patient to get through and have to wait for me to return.As for the patient, he had to sit in the waiting area for 3 hours, feeling absolutely horrible, and when he was finally called back, they only tested him for Covid. Not a flu test, nor anything else. It’s all about Covid anymore, which I get to a degree, but people still do get sick with other things.They did absolutely nothing to help him. Never again......

I came here for urgent care, not delayed care. My head was killing me, and they still made me wait for four hours. I fell on the ground out of my chair and thought I was going to die. I got some Tylenol and felt better then. When they finally saw me, they only tested me for and ruled out Covid with a negative test. No other tests. My theory is that I have West Nile virus, but they refused to test me for anything else other than Covid, and I’m home now and still sick 24 hours later even though I’ve been getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of fluids, with a low grade fever and a burning hurting head. Why is it all about Covid Covid Covid?! There are plenty of other viruses too! Never again.

Someone vomited in the lobby, is was a half hour of people tracking through it before it was haphazardly cleaned up. No one seemed to care which is usual for this place.

been here a few times for covid testing and waited at minimum 2:30 hours, this most recent ive been waiting for about 4 hours now

Michael and Peter and staff are amazing providing non PCP urgent care! Even with unvaccinated people coming in for COVID tests around the clock. A tip of my hat to our exhausted medical staffs everywhere. Hang in there!

This place is being over ran with Covid cases, staff has tested positive and waiting room is packed shoulder to shoulder with patients spilling out the door. I'd go to CVS or Walreens for the drive-thru test.

I was unable to get into my doctor's office, so I went to this facility. Everyone was very professional and attentive - and I was grateful the PA could prescribe antibiotics to treat a challenging sinus infection. I would not hesitate to go here again if needed.

Super fast, friendly and caring people. They did everything that has helped me in the past and they listened to me. That’s hard to come by these days.

Terrible customer service. I took my daughter to be checked for a routine asthma flare up. The attending doctor would not be bothered with the situation and looked at his watch more than he looked at me or my daughter. We took her to the hospital instead and she received one breathing treatment and was released. This could have been easily handled at Urgent Care.Edit: I did contact your Patient Relations Department and had to follow up after repeated calls were never returned. Very disappointed with the entire experience and will never be back to this Urgent Care.

My son had an awful rash on his face close to his eyes. I first took him to Range urgent care but they do not take Medicaid. I called pardee and confirmed they do take Medicaid rushed over there to make it before they closed. We were in and out in 15 minutes with a prescription for his rash. They were wonderful with my son. I'll be going there for now on!
