Please be aware and cautious before accepting a referral for your child to this practice. They have openly told me they have over 10,000 patients under the care of only two full-time practitioners as a justification for substandard care. It has become impossible to schedule follow up appointments as requested by the providers. The office staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. It is kind to describe this medical practice as being Ill equipped to handle the amount of patients they have accepted. It's really sad that these medical practices are working with some of the most vulnerable of our population. It seems that they expect the patients to accept whatever poor care they are able to provide rather then address their inadequate staffing and inability to manage the established patients within their practice.

My son was referred by his doctor. I tried to get him scheduled. Receptionist seemed rushed and uninformative. Very vague and unhelpful. I had to call twice just trying to get my son in because early is best. To no avail. They refused to schedule him even though his pediatrician referred him. I called the pediatrician back and got referred elsewhere. Blessing in disguise!

Does not care about patients. Randomly cancel appointments. Hard to get in touch. Very rude receptionists. This is a mental health help facility that does the opposite. How are u supposed to help people struggling when the people are rude unprofessional and can’t get in touch with.

Our appointment was mysteriously canceled after waiting 6 months.

Appt was at 9:40 still waiting at 10:36 and NO RESTROOM for clients to use while waiting what do you tell small children who need to relieve themselves and adult's too !!!

Do not recommend this practice. I’ve been going here for over a year and each appointment is as disappointing as the ones prior. Firstly, because Dr. Ellen Olsen misdiagnosed me, put me on the wrong medication that was very addictive, and all this resulted in worsening my mental and physical health. Ended up getting a second opinion and when I came back to her with my proper diagnosis, she continued to 1. Undermine me and my symptoms 2. Completely dismiss my diagnosis and she straight up said “I don’t believe you have bipolar I think it’s just a personality disorder.” Just the sheer amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy- it always made me feel humiliated. But not only her, the other practitioners I’ve worked with here have zero empathy and seem unprofessional and not well versed in their area. As an adult, please don’t bring your children here. I couldn’t even imagine how this treatment would affect a child.

I have not vist you guys yet so I have nothing on the staff it self, but I'm just upset about the 6 month wait to get my boys in for there first 2 appointment. I would like it sooner then later. It's hard as it is with their behavior issues and would like the help ASAP.

This practice is fantastic. The staff is so caring and very thoughtful. The doctor listened to us and validated all of our concerns, and as anyone who has ever spoken to a doctor knows, that kind of attention is hard to find.

The providers here are wonderful, but both the management and front desk are atrocious and not worth putting up with. I called and asked the staff answering the phone if I could be put on the payment plan, was told yes, and then they took my debit card info and told me it was set up to be charged monthly. Months later, I'm getting collections notices from them. When I called them to figure out what was going on, the front desk told me that it was because I was utilizing my insurance and that I wasn't qualified to be set up for a payment plan? Then why did they tell me I was and took my debit card info in the first place? When I asked them this, I was told that the office manager would call me back and help me out. Two other phone calls to the office, still no word. *UPDATE* Within a few hours after posting this review, the office administrator called to apologize and set up the payment plan for me. He has been very thorough and attentive and I appreciate his efforts.

yeah not happy with them whatsoever. thanks for repeatedly forgetting to refill my meds on time causing me to run out occasionally and having withdrawal symptoms that are oh so fun. thanks np Olson and crew esp the incompetent guy at the front desk, hes useless i usually call back if hes working bc he cant do anything right. dr trombley only one there worth anything. my apologies Angel is wonderful as well, happy when she answers bc everything is done right and on time.
