They have been a God send to me!! I have been a patient of Daymark since 2014 till present and I highly recommend their services. I suffer with depression, PTSD and anxiety. They assigned me a doctor that has listened to me, assessed my symptoms and prescribed the right medications. I highly recommend them!!

I wish I could give negative stars. Please go else where for Mental Health. I went in for a patient intake and the receptionist was rude and asked me to fill out some paperwork and slammed the window in my face. Next when I was finally called back, the intake specialist was obviously tired and asked questions repeatedly that I had already answered. I asked for a private therapist and was told I couldn't have one because they didn't have one available until they hired more but I could go do a group session. I don't want to air my problems to other people but to blatantly state, No? I felt like I wasted my time and theirs. My insurance does not cover mental health, that's why I even went here in the first place and I am a single mom on top of that. Treat people the way you all want people to be treated and just know, when people are down and come to you for help in a dark state of mind- Don't treat people the way you're doing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My son receives services here. The receptionists are rude and condescending. The appointment times are a joke. The doctor that my son sees is ALWAYS late, no matter how early the appointment is. I had an appointment at 9:00am once and the doctor didn't come strolling in until 10:45am. What I hate most is this: (And they've done it to us SEVERAL times) You set an appointment for one day (say Dec 5) and they send you a notice saying that your appointment has been moved to a date and time that wasn't agreed upon. When you call back for an explanation, the rude receptionist says "Well, he won't be available that day. We've set you an appointment for when it's convenient for the doctor to see your son." So you have to re-set the appointment and it's for 5 days LATER than what you originally set it for! So now his appointment's December 10th. And it'll probably be his last time there. One time my son missed his appointment altogether, because they sent a notice to my old address, even though my new address was on my son's case file after I made an appointment and they pulled the ol' switcheroo crap. If you need mental health help, please don't go here. It's not worth it.
