A great experience. I found a raise more that I was concerned about and they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. I felt very comfortable and well checked out. Dr. Heather Higgins was so kind and thorough. I would definitely recommend anyone going here for a check up or anything else.

I had a rash that had had been increasing in severity for the past two years and went to Dr. Higgins and she was absolutely helpful and kind. The most important part is after a couple of trials with steroids and steroid creams. Finally she came up with a formula that worked. In my. this was a Covid rash long Covid rash. I had mentioned that to several other doctors that I had been to, including another dermatologist, and they had pooh-poohed that diagnosis. She absolutely did not. She was affirming and compassionate. I have to move to another city and I wished, and I may come back just to see her.

This office is so wonderful! As someone who works in the healthcare space, I have never had so much fun during a visit. Dr. Higgins is incredibly personable and fun, and really listens to my needs. I am so thankful to be a patient here! I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Higgins diagnosed my various conditions efficiently and froze some troublesome areas. The patient room was cold but altogether it was a fine experience.

Very happy with my appointment, it was my first. I’ve had skin cancer with surgery, luckily didn’t have to go through chemo. but need a screening every 6 mths.. Finally found Asheville Dermatology, she did a through skin exam. It was not a 2 second once over as I have had in 2 other offices since I moved here. She explained everything n I was relieved when I left. I also was able to get an appointment rather quickly.
