I was able to lose 12 pounds on this program which was my goal. Ms. Taylor was very helpful in helping me pick out the right foods and she was very supportive, and knowledgeable. I was also able to reach her anytime by phone, which was very helpful when I had questions. I would definitely use Ideal Weight Loss again.

I've been a delighted client of Lara and Asheville Ideal Weight Loss since late 2018. At the time I started the program I was doing physical therapy for serious pain related to spinal stenosis and was suffering with sleep apnea and chronic acid reflux. None of the doctors I was consulting ever told me that losing weight could be the solution for all of those problems. While my results might not be typical, within several months of strict adherence to the Ideal Weight Loss protocol and the expert and encouraging weekly consultations with Lara, all of those health problems went away. Since reaching the maintenance phase of the program, I have continued to consult regularly with Lara as I follow the new eating habits I developed and have kept to a healthy weight and continue to enjoy wearing the sizes of clothing I wore thirty years ago. Lara is as compassionate, helpful and knowledgable in maintaining my weight as she was in coaching me through the loss of it. Great program! Great coach!

After unsuccessful weight loss my husband and I decided to try Ideal Weight Loss. Lara provided compassionate coaching for our weigh loss journey. We received encouragement and the tools needed to lose weight. Two years since losing forty pounds and with minimal gain continue to receive great coaching! Thanks Lara

I just finished my weight loss phase in this program. It took me 4 months, and as planned I lost 49 lbs. It is not an easy program but is healthy and simple. You get weekly in person coaching, and my coach, Lara, did a great job of encouraging me and educating me in the nutritional science behind the protocol.
