Absolutely amazing! I had a tummy tuck, lipo, and implant exchange. I’ve had minimal discomfort and I’m absolutely pleased with my results!

Look no further than Dr Stern and her amazing team! From the very first call to Lucinda, through my procedure and post op, I had nothing but the most caring, compassionate and professional care. Dr Stern is an artist! I'm almost 70 years old and she transformed very old, ruptured implants into more youthful breasts with a reduction and lift. (You are never too old to take care of yourself)! I no longer have the pain and discomfort I was experiencing and I am able to participate in activities I'd been missing. It's changed my life and I'm so grateful! I would highly recommend Dr Stern and her wonderful team to anyone seeking care. They are the best!

Dr. Stern was terrific. I went to her without any prior experience and was worried about doing too much. Not only did she do a terrific job on my eye filler, she was clear about what Botox would do to my facial mobility if I chose to do my forehead, which I ultimately chose not to do based on her good explanation. In other words, she is the opposite of an up-selling doctor trying to get you to do a bunch of procedures. She has a great bedside manner and was compassionate about my pain during the procedure (although I told her at the outset that I have a low pain tolerance and that I would be a baby). Her staff is very courteous. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Dr. Stern for years and recommend her to all my friends and family. She is knowledgeable, experienced and a true artist. She is the only person I let touch my face.

I am a Middle Eastern woman and, in all my years of living in the United States of America, I have never felt so belittled and disrespected by a doctor and her staff. I drove 65 miles to see this doctor, because of the good reviews I read; however, I was ostracized because I questioned their mask policy, even though I complied with their request to wear a mask. As soon as I expressed my view about masks not being effective to prevent transmission of COVID, they devised a plan to get rid of me. The doctor claimed my blood pressure was 194 over 87 and that she could not do anything for me. I almost burst out laughing when I heard 194 over 87, as I was feeling fine and, as mentioned, I drove 65 miles to get there. I had absolutely no signs of high blood pressure. I have never had issues with high blood pressure, so for them to claim my blood pressure was over 190 was an absolute fabrication. When I walked into the room with the nurse, she told me to pull my mask up, even though my mask was already over my nose. I then asked her about their mask policy and the fact that masks do not prevent transmission of COVID. She did not respond to my question at all. She took my blood pressure and walked out. A little while later the doctor came in and claimed my blood pressure was 194. I know everyone’s time is valuable, so I am not going to write about every detail of my horrible experience with this doctor. What happened to me should never happen to anyone. I came to the United States for all the freedom it offers; unfortunately, nowadays we are losing our freedom of speech and freedom of expression. I was blacklisted simply because I questioned the effectiveness of wearing a mask to prevent COVID. It is a shame that, of all people, a doctor is so simple and narrow minded that she cannot handle anyone with a different opinion than hers.

Dr. Stern is a brilliant Surgeon. I have had two surgeries: rhinoplasty and breast augmentation performed by Dr. Stern, and I couldn’t be happier. My results are a 100% natural looking. Dr. Stern is a perfectionist, and her work is just BRILLIANT! My recovery with rhinoplasty was better than expected. I had no bruising, no swelling and no pain or bleeding. The same can be said for my Breast Augmentation surgery recovery. I am so sad that I waited until I was 50 years of age to have both surgeries done. I should have had them done many years ago if I only knew of Dr. Stern. I am so pleased with the facility, level of comfort, level of professionalism and most importantly level of Dr. Stern’s expertise. She is an Artist! The nurses are just Angels with their sweet personalities who made me feel like I was at a Spa handing me a warm blanket before and after the surgery. ( Thank you Tara, Jaimie, Ms. Mary with your exceptional abilities to make patients feel comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Smith - the anesthesiologist whose work is so perfect!! I had ZERO side effects ) Overall spectacular experience. I trust Dr. Stern with all my cosmetic procedures such as fillers and injections. I am beyond grateful to have such a skilled surgeon here in Asheville. THANK YOU!

I went to Dr. Sterns's office after getting a bazaar quote from another doctor in the Asheville area for a breast lift with implants. This first doctor wanted to put me under for 2 separate surgeries (dangerous, 2x of 6 weeks downtime, and 2x the anesthesia fees. A friend mentioned to me that Dr. Stern does breast lifts with implants as one surgery and has for a very long time. I called in that same day and spoke with Lucinda who was the most WONDERFUL, genuinely kind person I have ever worked with. I prebooked my surgery that day and patiently awaited my consultation day. I left my consultation a little on the fence on implant sizing and called back in to discuss this with the nurse, Emily. She was so patient and understanding and took all of my questions straight to Dr. Stern and got back to me the following day. Dr. Stern stuck to what she felt was best for me based on the vision I had for myself. She knew that with a larger implant, I would be unhappy and not have the perky outcome that I wanted. She very kindly kept ensuring me that she was happy to go with whichever size I chose but that based on what I described to her, she suggested a certain size. On the surgery day, we spoke again and I decided to trust the pro and wow, she was spot on. I would have not been as happy if I would have gone with the larger size. I would also like to point out that her ENTIRE team from her schedulers, her nurses, her anesthesiologist, etc were ALL incredible and KIND and all on the same page, always. I was never left to question one thing from my medications being ready for pick up weeks before surgery, having a detailed list of everything I needed, knowing exactly what to expect, etc. On the day of surgery, I was so nervous about being intubated because I have always heard that your throat can be incredibly irritated after that. Nope, the nurse told me she had never had that complaint and that she was very gentle and days after surgery I realized I hadn't had one pain. My recovery was also nearly painless. While I know it won't be that way for everyone, I was very impressed with the recovery process. I was up and at it the next morning after my surgery (while adhering to my restrictions). I could go on and on about Dr. Stern and her incredible team! You will not be disappointed.
