Had a billing issue that they helped get resolved. Clean office and ontime appointments.
I waited awhile to write this review. It takes time to fully get to know the people in the office. I have crohns disease and its not easy on them or on us to figure out whats going on and to treat it. There are so many moving partstests side effects to meds. One day one thing might be bothering me and the next its something else. They listen and they do theyre best. Im still a work in progress but happy with the progress I have made. I definitely have set backs but they have been there every step of the way. Thank you
The prep nurses were pretty rough one nurse tried inserting the iv in my hand and busted my vain it hurt pretty bad..A second nurse that seem to be irritated came in and roughly inserted another needle that also hurt my arm and left a huge bruise.. The anesthesiologist was fantastic very nice and comforting..I spent roughly 5 minutes with the doctor before and after the colonoscopy..Did not know him at all I was a little bit nervous about that...The nurse in the procedure room said her name and told me to roll over that’s all I remember about her. Afterwords I was so sore I could hardly walk..I was still sore the next day... this was my second colonoscopy here and I’m really wondering if I should do a third colonoscopy here..My first experience here was much better than this time...
I had two procedures done here at one time. Every step of the way the staff and care professionals were wonderful. Everyone introduced themselves upon our first interaction. I felt secure in what was going to happen and was at ease.
Everything was great staff was friendly no issues
It was a little hard to get an appt due to the Covid19 backlog. The office staff made it sound like they didn’t want to make the appointment and when they did they said the only thing available was 7am. This meant the prep kept me up most of the night. HOWEVER When I got to my appointment the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more caring. A special shoutout to nurse anesthetist George. See George I can spell it too. LOL
I had a colonoscopy yesterday and the staff could not have been better The receptionist was pleasant when I checked in and my care team was wonderful from start to finish. Each person introduced themselves their role and what I could expect. This made my experience less stressful and I am very grateful.
If I could rate them a ZERO I would. Horrible freaking management!!!! They do not communicate as a team. Some providers think they’re better than the CMA that helps them with their job. They can’t keep any staff. It’s all kind of drama no need to go to the manager cause she do not help the situation. Some are only about the money.
Our doctor sent a referral on May 13th. Today is June 8th...STILL no appointment for my mother. Countless phone calls to them. Finally the Saturday before Memorial Day they called and said they had not received a referral. I was told to call my doctor back and have them resend marked emergency. In between the woman saying UMM every other wordreal professionalCalled my family doctor backthey resent it. The next Thursday I called back at 422they were closed. Called back the next day once again around 1 o’clock and was told they would take care of it. They FINALLY called at 452 I missed the call assuming they were closed. Called back June 7thleft yet ANOTHER message......STILL no appointment. My mother has a problem swallowing. I had to preform the Heimlich maneuver once already. Would I recommend this placenot on my mother’s life
Been trying for months now to schedule a needed appointment after being referred by doctor. I work 2nd shift and have told them this many times. I always get called when Im sleeping. I try to call them back they wont answer the dang phone....im done...cant even ask for a little help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
