List of Diana Bradley's Reviews
Glad I checked the reviews before trying to get my father an appointment. I use to see Dr. Bradley years ago when she first opened her practice and she was a very friendly doctor that seemed to genuinely care about my health issues and listened to any concerns I had. But now that I have read the reviews it seems as though she has changed, so I will most certainly not send my aging father to her. I'm guessing most doctors get burned out after so many years, and when that happens I believe they should retire or chose another career.
My experience with Dr. Bradley is and always has been excellent for 15 years. She has helped me and guided me through many physical problems with great outcomes. Recently she helped me through Covid and bronchitis. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley and her assistant Jennifer they have made my life so much better.
I'd rather give negative stars. I went to Dr. Bradley about 2 years ago. I asked about getting blood tests for autoimmune diseases. After a lengthy discussion she agreed, reluctantly. I asked for a referral to a rheumatologists. I was told "No, I'll treat you IF you have an issue, which you DO NOT. I had not one, not 2 but 3 blood draws because of an "error". I then went back for a consultation to discuss my results. She laughed in my face and told me that I didn't not have an autoimmune disorder and that I needed to let it go. Well due to this and a few other things that I found questionable I switched doctors and finally gave me a referral. I do have an autoimmune disorder. I have discovered, to my horror, that I tested positive and have been delayed getting treatment for Sjögren's syndrome because Dr. Bradley told me my results were negative. I discovered this by accident when looking through test results on LabCorp. My concern is this: she lied to me and laughed in my face when the test results were right in front of her and refused to give me a copy of them. Why even go to the doctor if they are going to lie to you? Very unprofessional and shady.

I began seeing Dr. Bradley in beginning of January 2019. Having relocated from another state and being referred through Insurance. I thank God for the referral. From that day to this one, my health has drastically improved under her care. She and her staff are very professional, kind, caring and concerned. The facilities are run swiftly and efficiently, I've never waited more than 15-20 minutes, with an appointment. Facilities are clean and neat. If I was more knowledgeable about using slang, I'd say that Dr. Bradley is one of these Ole School doctors, excellent bedside matter and not afraid to give a well needed hug.
My family of 5 has seen Dr. Diana Bradley for approximately 16 years now. She has always been attentive and has given us excellent care. If we were sick when her office was not open and she was not on call, the other physicians in her group have also given excellent care. We have now moved out of town but we still drive 45 minutes to see this doctor. Great personality, good care and great staff.
Let me start by saying that I NEVER go to the doctor so when I finally break down and go it takes a lot and I’m in a lot of discomfort. With that said this appointment was a completely waste of money! ($318 to be exact) I was so disappointed! I had been having a lot of sinus issues so I decided I’m going to try a new doctor to see if I could get some help. Dr. Bradley spent more time trying to “sell” herself and her practice than actually practicing medicine. After checking my sinuses she decided to diagnose me with migraines.. I was pretty confused cause most of the time I didn’t have a head ache with my symptoms so I asked if my tooth is hurting and my vision is funny but my head doesn’t hurt is it a migraine? She goes “no”.. I told her okay so that’s what’s happening. It was like talking to a brick wall after her diagnoses she wasn’t open to any other thoughts. I will never return here! I felt I was not listened to or actually cared about, felt like I was just another $1 in the bank for her.”Let’s fix the migraines and if that doesn’t work come back”... what migraines?! Turns out I had a bad tooth that had to be removed! I get that she isn’t a dentist but she should know the human body and if there is nothing wrong with my sinus area but my tooth is also involved perhaps it’s a tooth issue.. but that wouldn’t pay her so....
I was very unhappy with the service I received after the first visit, but went two additional times to see if I would change my mind. Dr. Bradley seems to be in a big hurry and does not appear to be a good listener. Based on a few questions I asked, I also do not think she was up on current research that would affect my health decisions. I was uncomfortable under her care and in her presence and therefore didn't put much stock in what she told me. I promptly changed doctors.
Dr. Bradley has helped get my blood pressure under control. Her staff from the front desk to her nurse, Jennifer, have been very friendly and quick to respond to any request I have had. I feel very comfortable with this practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
